Flowertown Bed & Breakfast - Featured Reviews (93)
We had a wonderful stay at Flowertown Bed and Breakfast. Communications regarding our reservation and our stay were easy and timely. This home is a treasure, immaculate, full of beautiful antiques and has beautiful gardens. Its location is within walking distance to downtown Summerville. Carol was a delight who not only made us a delicious breakfast but was so sweet to chat with us and give us some history of this historical home. We also had the pleasure of meeting sweet little Morris too. We hope to return for another visit soon.
Everything as in the internet. Although we found the mattresses to soft for our backs, but all the rest was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. Can’t wait to try some recipes of the cookbook. The german apple pancakes do taste like at home 🫶We‘ll definitely recommend to any german wanting to visit the Charleston area! Thanks for wonderful memories! ||Fam. Himmelreich
A very lovey place to spend your nights. The breakfast was excellent every day. Walks downtown and the back streets was enjoyable daily. We stayed for 6 nights. The gardens and grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Would highly recommend Flowertown Bed and Breakfast.
We absolutely loved our stay at Flowertown B&B, we only wish that we could have stayed longer. The cottage behind the main house in the gardens was so lovely and comfortable, and the breakfast delicious.
Carol was a gracious host and made sure everything was to our liking.
Summerville is such a quaint town with fabulous restaurants and shops, and just a 20 minute drive to Charleston. We definitely will be back to Flowertown! Thank you Carol for all the TLC you have put in to your beautiful Southern home.
Carol and Morris the Cat- They made our stay the best ever- We drove from FL to GA and now are in love with their family and wish to stay.||The company and food were spectacular. Carol is a doll and she is a blessing to the community and her kindness will never be forgotten. We loved the room and had 2 beds for us. It was not as elegant as the others but we need space as Mom snores and it was delight to have a soaking tub too. ||The house and Morris and Carol made this one of a lifetime trip forever memorable. ||DO NOT DELAY- go at once!
We were visiting Summerville for a family wedding and stayed for two nights at the Flowertown B&B. Carol and Chris were welcoming and gracious, and the breakfast was delicious. Our room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. I enjoyed strolling in the garden and chatting with our fellow guests during breakfast. We would definitely return to Flowertown B&B.
First, Carol is a wonderful Inn Keeper, very responsive and thoughtful. Second, the Inn is immaculately furnished with antiques and luxuries rooms. Third. the breakfast is delicious and the service impeccable. Fourth, the gardens and porches are meticulously designed and attended to, thus they are beautiful and peaceful spaces. Fifth, the town of Summerville is quaint, lively, and full of unique shops, restaurants, and activities. We had an amazing Saturday morning at Essential Yoga, Ice cream in the afternoon, and fresh seafood at the Shuckin Shack for dinner. So many reasons to stay at the Flowertown Inn!
Flowertown B&B is elegant, inside and out. The house has period furnishings and the grounds are lovely. Carol and Chris catered to my every need. The scrumptious breakfast is served at 8:30 and is not to be missed. For birders, March is a wonderful time to visit the "bobble-heads" at the very nearby Magnolia Plantation.
My husband and I stayed at Carolineâs B&B for three nights. It was an amazing experience. She is a wonderful host along with her husband. They made our stay unforgettable. I would recommend anyone staying in the Somerville area to stay there. She d
