RIP off scam artist. She will take your money DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE OWNER CYNTHIA. Won't do repairs, complete disaster. She scammed me for $400, her lawyer stated to her it was in her best interest to return the money and she refused.

Met Mrs Cynthia. She is trying to get her water fixed so my fiance and I cleared some bushes and grass for her so that the people could get to the problem. She was a very nice lady!! I read some of her reviews and the person who called her ugly names should be ashamed of himself!! I'm sure his mother had to of raised him with a little more class and respect for his elders?? I give her 5 stars , she was very nice and polite, seemed like she had alot on her plate and could use some help instead of helping other people.

Felt like I was in margueritaville. I kept singing Jimmy Buffet tunes in my head, because I could imagine him feeling at home there. We rode in on my motorcycle and parked right in front of the room. I like to keep an eye on my bike and I don't like walking far to my room, so that's why I always look for motels. This was the nicest motel I have ever stayed at. There was a group of fisherman who were talking about bass, and I determined to come back with my boat next year. Walked to Irene's across the street for a billiards game and a couple beers. The tiki torches in the sand are great when we are sitting on the porch at night having a cold one. The atmosphere was right, so I proposed to my girl. She kept taking pictures of the place because she thought it was decorated nice. I would never stay anywhere else in that area again. The ride to a bakery shop in Yulee and the ride a couple of springs was recommended by locals and we tried that. Those memories are the treasure we found in Florida. I can't wait to bring my biker friends so I can share the experience with them.

I reside in the MH Community, and the Owner, Cynthia is a very good Manager and good to people who come to stay, whether to reside or for day/weekly stays...These people who are leaving negative comments have come here without money, no deposits, have misused Church funds for their stay, provided false debit cards that were worthless for their bill, and have lied to the Management. At that point, they have had to leave the premises

The owner Cynthia made a deal with me to exchange work for a place to stay. After working 10hrs in the florida weed wacking all day, she refuse to give me a key or pay me my days pay. DO NOT DEAL WITH HER SHE SCAMED TWO OF US YOUNG GUYS FOR FREE WORK IN ONE DAY. SHE IS DISHONEST FAT SLOB!!!!

Rooms r very sm but cute nd clean they do not HV housekeeping. Their packet they give out is false advertising they do not a clubhouse, fire pit or on site coin laundry among other amenities they claim 2 hv. Their are no themed rooms or mobile homes IF UR INTERESTED IN RENTING A MOBILE HOME FM THEM JUST KNOW THAT NOT ONE SINGLE MOBILE HOME IN THE PARK IS READY RO BE RENTED OUT THEY ARE ALL IN VERY Very Rough Shape AND THEY DOE THE MOST PART GUTTED OUT THEY STATE IT WILL TAKE THEM 4 TO 5 WEEKS TO GET ONE READY TO B MOVE IN READY IF U STAY IN THEIR MOTEL RM ND PAY 80$ PER NITE WHILE WAITING ON MOBILE THEY TELL U A % OF THAT WILL BE TAKEN OFF THE PRICE OF UR MOBILE HOME ITS B.S

The rooms were clean. The room smelled wonderful and like a new hotel. The guest relations person at the desk was very helpful in pointing me in the right direct. I would recommend to friends and family. I would visit again soon!!

Owner is very personable and is willing to work with clients to get them approved to move in. Overall Park needs some work but she has a person that is working on renovating the park
