Florida Freedivers - Dive shop in North Palm Beach - 633 Northlake Blvd, USA

Took the level one freediving course with Christian. Was very impressed with the knowledge he provided and the course as a whole. The shop was clean and had everything one might need for a dive. The customer service was next level! Matt kept us informed on weather conditions and went above and beyond to make sure we had a successful class. Highly recommend!

We didn’t actually use the services or even buy any gear from this outfit, but I wanted to leave a review after meeting Virgil and Kassidy because they are amazing people! We had just gotten in from DC, we were having lunch at The Catch (great place) and they happened to be sitting at a table next to us. They overheard us talking to our waitress and asking her questions about things to do. We struck up a conversation and they gave us some of the best tips and ideas for our time while on vacation. They spent a long time and went into great detail helping us plan some fun things to do. They were so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. I can only imagine how great it would be to take a class with them, and if we had been staying longer we would have. If our interaction with them was any indication of the customer service they have at Florida Free Divers, it is a top notch outfit!

Great customer service! The manager Larry is amazing. Had a problem with my return and the quality of an item I had previously purchased. He called me right away to resolve the issue and worked with me. Very good customer service.

I wanted a “good” set of fins, better than plastic but maybe not carbon ($$$). I had a great conversation with them. They answered every question I had and helped me with a few things I hadn’t thought of. They were extraordinarily knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up with a great set of fins - SEAC BM30 + FLF fiberglass blades…WOW, couldn’t be happier.

Great service. Very knowledgeable. I am trying to decide what pole spear I want. They gave me the facts about every type of spear they had. I had done a lot of research on my own but sometimes someone with a lot of experience can give you the real world twist.

I surprised my husband recently and brought him here for his birthday so he could pick out his own present. We drove an hour to get here as we heard its the best. WOW!! We had no idea. The service was INCREDIBLE. These guys are the REAL DEAL. They spent as much time as we needed going over the equipment, asking what our interests were, guiding us, remember the way customer service used to be?!! These guys still have it!!! HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend!! Amazing experience and LOVE all our new gear.
