Terrible product and customer service! They sold us their NuCore product on the premise that it was the easiest & most durable vinyl product with no requirements for an underlayment and fully waterproof. With said information we had a PROFESSIONAL INSTALLER install the flooring. Not 6 months later, ALL of it is coming up and I need to replace ALL OF IT. I contacted the warranty, after which an independent inspector came to inspect the floor. He told us he makes a living off of how many people have issues with NuCore and his conclusion was there was no moisture issue - the problems came from not installing an underlayment! THE STORE SOLD US THE PRODUCT SAYING WE DIDN'T NEED ONE! Needless to say the warranty rebuffed our claim and we're out $10K. I will be reporting fraud to my credit card company and contacting the Better Business Bureau.

This review is regarding their customer service. I went to the store yesterday for a return. Alexis, a team member and CSA supervisor helped me with the process. I had not kept the receipt, but Alexis was able to locate the information and process the refund. She was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also very kind and patient. If you have to visit this store and need EXCELLENT customer service, make sure to look her up!!!

Rosario Garcia helped me today in making my tile selections. I honestly could not have done it without her. As a result, i completed two full bathrooms and am purchasing it all today.Rosario is very talented and her customer service was above and beyond.

This Floor and Decor occupies the old “ Levitz furniture “ location where my uncle used to work at. It is well stocked and organized with the latest in floor fashions. From woods and floor laminates to porcelain granite and natural stone they have it all at very competitive prices. They also sell a good assortment of flooring tools and related accessories to make your DIY installation a success. A good selection of molding and baseboards are also on hand. The design team is very knowledgeable and willing to help you on your remodel. They have a fantastic array of mini areas designed and layer out to allow you to view in real time what your bathroom or kitchen layout may look like. The parking is plentiful and safe. The staff is helpful, professional and courteous. I highly recommend this store.

I went to floor and decor today to meet with A free design specialist. I’ll be very kind and not mention her name. She was very helpful in the beginning until she said, she had to leave for lunch and advised me to wait for her. Two hours later she never came back and was nowhere to be found. I waited another hour “ jut in case” . I wasted over three hours of my time in the store today and nobody was able to find her and no one had the decency to ask if I needed their assistance. Left me sitting there. Very unprofessional.

We (the contractor , my husband & me ) choose everything that we need for an apartment remodeling. We make the order, the girl was very nice and helpful, we paid and we need help to get all the products NOBODY in the store try to help . She went more than 4 times to the front to ask for the coworkers to get the forklift to get at least 1of the orders we wait. 1 hour for them let us know that we need to do it ourselves. They are very rude and not care about customer service at all .

Juliette went above and beyond to help us! She knew exactly how to calculate the amount of boxes we needed for my room and bathroom. Excellent customer service! Her patience was exceptionally and kind. I’m so happy with my our purchase. Thank you Juliette! Thank you for being awesome!
