So one day I come to the office just to find out our company is not good enough to do business with Flock. Just because they have over 800,000 other carriers to work with 🙄 so does this mean because we have good insurance and were reliable carrier. No problems with rep that was giving us loads. And one day Flock decided we're not good enough to work with. Without giving a single explanation. At least give us the explanation why we're not good for your company anymore. Very unprofessional honestly. This is how you're changing Trucking industry for best?

Our company has more than 15yrs in the trucking industry. We're a reliable carrier. Insurance always up to date, no freight guards, ELD traceable, etc. Our company has no issues. Flock decided to block us because " There are over 800,000 carriers active in North America at any given time" Flock Freight reserves the right to work with carriers they choose" and they don't disclose the reason why they blocked our company and just decided We're not good to work with. Not caring for hard working people I. The trucking industry. A trucking company is made of different factors. Mr. Oren please give an answer as to why our company is not good to work with. Your compliance team is sending the same email to other carriers. I guess we're not the only ones. Be professional and genuine when you don't want to do business. Stop sending the same email to everyone. Making us feel that we're not good enough and that you have other options. When we did nothing for you to cut ties with us. Thanks

Would give the business less than 1 star if it was possible. When you have their freight they are constantly calling you, harassing you to a point. After the freight is delivered and if there is an issue with settlement, there is absolutely no response from Flock Freight. This company is absolutely horrible. Would not ever recommend anyone to do business with them. Horrible customer service, horrible communication skills, very unprofessional. Please BEWARE OF FLOCK FREIGHT!

We have been working with Flock Freight for years now but we came in this morning and found out the compliance team had us blocked. We have no freight guards and we have A rated insurance, all our trucks are ELD traceable and we provide great service so it was a huge unpleasant surprise for us. We asked about the reason and we were told :”There are over 800,000 carriers active in North America at any given time. Flock Freight reserves the right to work with carriers they choose” and they “could not disclose the reason”. To our point of view, we deserve at least to know the reason. This is unprofessional…

Normally, other than the barrage of calls at all hours of the day and night, Flock isn't a bad company to run loads for. But I do have a gripe over a recent load I did for them. It was a 2 pick 2 drop load with around 1,100 miles paying $1,800. Not great, but okay. I pick up the first partial, but when I get to the second pickup, it won't all fit on my truck because unbeknownst to anyone, the first pickup was larger than the pallets and the shipper refused to split up the load. Without the second pickup and first drop, I still had to drive over 1k miles, but the broker dropped the rate down to $1k plus $150 TONU. I never would have taken a thousand miles run for $1,200 and in the end, it actually costed me more to carry that load than what I made. I get it, the broker still has to move the second partial. But the reason the problem existed in the first place was because Flock didn't verify the actual dimensions of the products being shipped and instead of honoring the original agreement, since they were the ones at fault here, they passed the loss off onto me. This is why trucking companies are critical of brokers. There's no integrity.

We have not been able to book any loads with Flock Freight since the loads posted does not pertain to our truck and rates are no longer competitive. When bidding and being approved for loads, they are assigned to a shared truck load for extra low rates. We use to carry 10 or more loads a months and had a great rating.

I have been working with Flock Freight for about 6 months now, and they are absolutely great. Their competitive rates and customer service are unmatched in the industry. I’ve been working with Stephen Kennedy, and can I tell you, he is the best manager, dispatcher, broker representative I’ve worked with. Any questions or problems I’ve faced, he handled them professionally and right away. I now book 90% of my loads with Flock Freight, because I feel, hands down, they are the best.
