The food was by far one of the best places we have eaten at for a burger hands-down. Their pickles were great, the mushrooms were seasoned to perfection. We will definitely be taking a trip and coming back. And our waitress Brittany I believe was her name was awesome very attentive and personable.
You have to go here. The service is great and friendly, Tiffany Beer was our server. She had great recommendations and was fast to get us everything we wanted. Absolutely perfect service. The food is great, unlike most places you would go with some creative burgers. I had a Hangover burger, it was fantastic. The location is right on the edge of a lake, people came up in their boats as well as parking in the lot. There is indoor seating, Indoor patio seating and outdoor seating, looking at the lake. The view is great and the place is fun, relaxing and the prices are great
We loved it. The appetizers seemed to taste better than the main meal, but it was all good. Cheesy bacon dip is a must. Cheese curds are nice and firm. The burgers and drinks were excellent as well. We like the idea of tipping the cow over for service. We will come here again soon.
I would definitely come back here for the burgers and tots! The burgers were cooked perfectly, had great flavor, and were a generous portion for the price. Their Mac&Cheese was cooked well, but very bland. We added salt and pepper to make it better, but it was still missing something. I wish we had that ten dollars back. Our server was extremely attentive and friendly. She was always around when we needed anything. This is such a quaint little spot on the water. We would have loved to sit outside and enjoy the view of the water if it wasn't so hot out. I definitely would like to go back and try something else.
I usually don't rate places poorly. I just don't leave ratings. However, the Flippin cow was not good at all. The service was not bad and it is a neat little place on a small lake but the food is absolutely terrible. I got their specialty burger and tots that were recommended. My wife had a burger, and Mac and cheese. The tots were not even edible. they tasted like there were freezer burnt and warmed up in a microwave. I had to throw them away. The mac and cheese was not good at all, and you could get better burgers at Culver's right before you get there. I would never eat food from there again unless they changed something dramatically.
Kylah was great! Very personable and she suggested some killer dishes. We got the steak tips ...which they only serve on Tip Tuesday...they were fantastic 👏 pickle chips were great too! Kylah recommended the elephant 🐘 ear fries with both Caramel and chocolate dipping sauce. They were delicious 😋
Great local restaurant. We love finding local places like this. Bonus points 👉 they are on the water. We may have to come back for the fish fry! 🐟
Omg I had the Maui Wowie it was amazing. Wife had the garlic mushroom burger I don't remember the name. The chips n dip were awesome. Cheese curds amazing. Drinks were fire. I highly recommend stopping here in your travels. Parking is not the best so get in early.
Three of our family ate dinner there and we all got different burgers. We all agree each one was delicious. I had the Stella Moo burger and highly recommend it. My wife tried the Flippin Melt and she loved it. We both recommend the Cow Chips as the side with the Bacon Cheddar Dip. Also, our server Britany was a 10 out of 10. She was friendly and very helpful. We can't wait to go back again.
