The waiting time is really long for such a short ride. The decoration is so beautiful. You can see Hagrid's cabin at the top of the hill. Buckbeak chained, with realistic movements. The ride has a very short duration, I would say about 2 minutes, but it has some exciting parts. The teamwork is very professional and committed to their character.
Part of the Harry Potter rides. A Roller coaster that’s more for smaller kids. Line was about 30 minutes. Ride was quick.
Loved it. The flight of the Hippogriff combines a classic kid's coaster with a beautiful view of Howsrt Castle. The only thing is the waiting times. Does not worth more than 20'.
How can this ride have 4 stars. I felt about the same level of disappointment as i did when Hillary lost the election. The line dragged on and on for about an hour, nothing much to look while waiting, no build up. The ride lasted only seconds. I felt so low and sad after this ride and after 4 hours I still can't belive how awful it was.
The ride was better than I imagined. We waited about an hour to ride due to they only had one coaster to go on, the other one was down I guess. Would ride it again if it was fully operational.
Fun rollercoaster for the smaller children, our 6 year old was frightened at first, then went on it several times the next day and loved it. Located next to the Hogwarts, the stunning scenery is just like in a storybook.
Overall- a pretty solid, calmer coaster for the younger crowd. NOTE: If you are 6’2” or taller with long legs, you’re going to have trouble folding the lap bar down. I had to get creative to make that happen. It’s a short ride, so you won’t be uncomfortable for very long.
My 7 year old son rode this 6 or 8 times in a row. This was his favorite that day. The staff running it was very gracious and made our day very special. We didn't even get any photos because of it. He continued to talk about "bowing to the bird" as we passed.
