Been going to this park for some time now and the quality really deteriorated
Pros
- Huge park. At least 2 baseball fields, 2 playgrounds, plenty of picnic tables in the back basketball courts etc.
- Plenty of parking all around the park and they have a parking lot too
- Ice cream truck comes around every 30 mins
- Most of the time it's empty
Cons
- The field is not maintained and dangerous. Bottle caps and spikey turf. Be careful or you or your dog can get hurt.
- The grass field is a bit uneven everywhere.
- Homeless people literally live here. They park their cars and either sit in it or loiter around the bathroom.
- Non-homeless people go through the trash. See it almost every time I go here.
- Wish they would have doggy poop bags. There are many dog poops left around and you need to be careful
- Depending on the direction of the wind, you could sometime get the smell of the landfill
- I've seen people doing drugs in their car around this area.
Lots of picnic tables and BBQs under some trees so very shady. They're sorta dirty.
Two playgeounds, some basketball courts, 2 baseball diamonds, horseshoe pit, and space for soccer.
It does get busy in the weekends. Nice park
How can the community come to vote to get some lights for the basketball court...campbell and other park have lights for the basketball to 10 pm. We have kids here playing in the dark.
The park is big enough to have birthday parties. They have small grills. Lots of picnic benches. They have play grounds, a horse shoe area, basketball courts and a baseball field.
It was a great park 👏to visit, hopefully we can return soon 🙏
Nice clean bathrooms really nice park
A great park, actually we had a kids party here and the playground, basketball court and tables were great. However, there were lots of people smoking marijuana and there was a crazy person riding a dirt bike dangerously passing through the parking. -1 star for the ambience and safety.
Bball 🏀⛹️🏃hoops, courts always available and in good condition, baseball ⚾ field, too and toddler playground as well. Restrooms are maintained well as they are always clean and tp and towels are constantly replenished 🤓😏
Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟

Looking for a great place to take the road less traveled? Try this park, it is fantastic. Plenty of sandy trails to take a casual walk or jog and no bicycles are allowed. Look at the map photo for the relative size and circular walking paths. The rea
After so much of rain in winter 2023, the lake is so beautiful and full of water. Everything is blooming, the trees, plants, even weeds. Many ducks, swans, as well as several ducklings. Few sections along the trail south of Hellyer Park are still flo
Lovely playground for older kids. Has a basketball court too. Lush green grass and a little hill one can roll down. Beautiful picnic benches beneath trees. A very peaceful and pleasant spot to hang out for families and friends overall.
This has become our go-to for mountain biking in the Bay Area. Good for hikes or biking and trails are for the most part are kids friendly. You just have to be careful is blind corners for safety when the bikers are out.
The park hours of operation have changed. It is now open until 630 p.m. in the Summer! Also, a lot of new additions are complete. There is now a bathroom and other amenities that have been added to the park including a new campfire type area where p
This park covers a huge area! There are lots of green spaces with nice walking/biking paths throughout as well as a baseball field, basketball courts, tennis courts, sand volleyball court, and BMX park. There are two main playground structures, one f
This park is our usual spot when we need a break from it all. Itâs such a chill place with a really nice lake, perfect for zoning out and relaxing. The park has this calm vibe thatâs just right for a quiet walk or just sitting back and enjoying t
This is a great park in Almaden. It's pretty shaded so good park to hit up when it's a hot day, even if there is not a water feature. Two separate playgrounds, one for the older and younger kids, although the one for the Littles is pretty big and h
First time visiting this park from Out of town. Beautiful lovely park for all ages. Full of little kids and older kids playground structures. The slides are fast and fun. The ground is clean and lots of wide open space to run around. Highly recommend
Dropped in to CrossFit Silicon Valley twice during the week I was in the area. Coaches and members were welcoming and engaged. I recommend giving this gym a try. I will be back the next time I am in the area.
This place is such a gem! The food is incredible, atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. The pepperoni flatbread with hot honey is really something else. And after a couple visits, honestly I could say the same about everything else we've tried. The owner
My son - 12yo junior hockey player, joined VSS 2 months ago with his team mateâs recommendation. The goal was to improve the strength and speed on the ice, and I already see his progress, that proves the efficiency and effectiveness of this program
