Iron paradise. Every machine you could think of. I’ve been to dozens of gyms from all different states, this is the best. People are friendly and willing to help if you need it. The vibe here brought me out of a funk, couldn’t recommend it enough.

This gym is 1000% the best gym in KC. Do not even put this gym in the same realm as The Foundation gyms. Equipment is top notch and IF there is ever anything broken, Jason gets them fixed in a timely manner. There are definitely some strict rules, but that’s what makes the gym so good. People are called out for not following the rules, which holds the members responsible, creating a clean/organized gym! If you’re looking to take your training seriously, you NEED to join Flex!

I can’t say enough positive things about this gym! I joined on a whim not expecting much and it far and away exceeded all expectations. The gym is immaculate. Coming from One Light, it’s a night and day difference. It’s clear there is a culture of high accountability as everyone racks their weight, keeps things tidy and is very respectful of your space and time. If you’re on the fence, I’d say it’s definitely a worthwhile investment.

Flex Fitness in North KC is a gym that anyone and everyone can go too. Whether you are a beginner in lifting or experienced, an athlete or a person who likes to stay healthy, they have all you need. The equipment is the best around! I have been to many gyms and you will be hard pressed to find one with owners who care more about their members and healthy and fitness! People say atmosphere makes the gym and this one has it! The members care about each other! Some will chat others won’t but everyone respects each other in their Strive for Heath and Fitness! If you want a place to call home away from home this is it! Thank you FLEX for being my safe place! (Even if it hurts😎)

The literal best gym imaginable. Amazing community, equipment, and staff. It’s always clean and equipment is always serviced fast if needed. Top tier and for a reasonable price. Will visit KC just to train there again.

I am new to KC and when asking around about gyms to join Flex was pretty much a unanimous answer from everyone. The atmosphere, and members are unmatched, and everyone is so respectful of one another and the facility. It has everything you could want in a gym, yet they are still expanding. This to me shows that ownership really cares about delivering the best experience. If you do decide to stop in, I’m certain you will not want to go anywhere else!

Great gym, great ownership. Be respectful of the gym and they will bend over backwards to accommodate the members. They are always changing out equipment that isn’t popular with equipment that is popular. You will not find a better gym in Kansas City or the surrounding area. I would bet it would be hard to find a better gym nationally.
