Tanner at flat Creek was awesome. Super personable and took care of us on our first visit. The only downside was that he didn't warn us about the portion sizes being so large so I found myself ordering based on other food locations that are skimpy. Would recommend it 100% and definitely would recommend having Tanner as your host. The 2 pics provided do not accurately represent the sizes of the desserts and missed out on taking pics of the food.
Our food was brought to us hot and aeromatic. Everything tastes fresh, and cooked perfectly. My husband did not like there rice. It was "crunchy" they swapped it out, no problem. There chicken is super delicious, and they give a military discount.
Food was hot and fast, absolutely delicious. Service was knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. Not their fault their tea wasn't sweet enough for a girl from Alabama! Wish I'd been able to be there for breakfast though, maybe next time!
Would I return: 1 more time for benefit of the doubt. The place has a very nice atmosphere! Service was great! Everyone enjoyed their meals. However, my entire plate was Luke warm at best. The pulled pork was average flavor, but it literally was not warm nor hot. The same was the wild rice side. The mashed potatoes with brown gravy was the most disappointing l because it was served what felt to be room temperature. The temperature of everything served on the plate was a disappointment. That is why 3 stars on food, and another future visit will be the deciding factor.
What a great dinner! Catfish was nice and crisp as well as this hush puppies. Smoked chicken wings were great too, big and juicy!
Awesome food and great service, truly no complaints to be had. It was unusually quiet because the weather and roads were bad when we went, but the employees kept a great attitude and did an excellent job. Tip your servers well if you go here, because they deserve it!
the hype is real! Our party of 6 was sat immediately and got quick service. Steak,chicken,and catfish were all great! Mac and cheese was the only thing we thought was just okay. Everything else was really great. The restaurant surprisingly really lived up to the hype and we will eat there again!
Saturday is prime rib special, great service, food was delicious. I highly recommend getting some Cajun wings as your apps. The key lime colada was yummy. Overall, very satisfied!
