This is a pretty park right by the water. There is a large playground that is mostly plastic for the kids. There is a nice view of the mountains over the water and it is very picturesque. We did see a bald eagle and there is a nest nearby. There are some nice shade trees nearby as well.
Very nice small park on the edge of Macintosh lake. Nice children's playground. Volley ball court. Public restrooms. Picnic facilities. Access to the 3.5 mile trail around the lake. Small boat launch (no power boats allowed). Very dog friendly. Summer outdoor concerts.
Picturesque park on the edge of McIntosh lake with a quaint playground for the kids and gorgeous views of Twin Peaks. The dog and I enjoy the grassy area beside the lake whenever she’s in dire need of a ball throw or two. Lots of shade trees make it the ideal spot in the summer. There are well kept tennis courts as well as a volleyball net in a sand pit near the playground. Public restrooms and covered picnic facilities are also available. The 3.5 mile trail around the lake is so serene, no matter if you’re exploring it on a walk, run, or a bike ride. It’s a very dog friendly area, too! The lake itself is perfect for kayaking, canoeing, or paddle boarding, plus I’ve come across a few people fishing here from time to time who seemed to have some luck in doing so. Definitely check it out :)
A friend had a birthday gathering here and it was a very nice park! We drove up from Westminster, the drive was not bad. We brought the SUP's and it was great water & paddling! It got a little crowded by the launch area but everyone was really nice so it wasn't an issue. I definitely recommend.
Great park for all family & friends fun picnic recreation and relaxation. Great scenic lake and rocky mountains in the background, walking boardwalk, swimming boating in lake, kids playground, basketball, volleyball. Restrooms, parking, green lawns to sit for long hours. Great place for kayaking and canoeing. Walk miles around the lake. Pet friendly. Highly recommended for Denver visitors or residents. Loved it.
Beautiful park. 3.5-mile run/ walk you can do around the lake. Very clean and lots of room.
I've been coming here since I was little; We used to ride our bikes here, play on the playground, eat lunch under the gazebo, and throw rocks into the lake. There's also a large grassy area that we used to play flag football on, and the whole park has a beautiful view over the Front Range. I loved coming here as a kid, and it's now my favorite place to start walks as an adult
This is a nice park with a scenic view! Clean, beautiful, well maintained, lots of open space with a nice hiking trail around the lake. Definitely a fun place for the family!
Hands-down, one of the most beautiful places in the greater Front Range area. The off-leash dog beach is incredible! $10 for the whole day, which is a great deal. The views are stunning from every angle - the mountains, the lake, green space. Ver
Great place to play pickleball. Has permanent lines, nets and court lights as well. Courts do tend to get crowded towards the evening as they are in close proximity to the senior community.
I love this lake and taking a walk on the path (1.26 miles) around the lake. For me, there is a serenity at this lake and you can catch some really nice sunsets and views of the front range mountains. The lake can get stinky at times, but the condit

Garden acres is an awesome park. Very clean and we'll kept. It has 4 really nice ball fields, a play area for young kids and it has several areas you can sit at. The bathrooms are large and they were very clean. Plus there's batting cages just to the
My special needs teens found this swing on tiktok. We drove almost 2 hours just to check it out. They loved it! And it's on the way to Estes Park, so we will come again. Love our road trips, even for a swing.
So many good things to say about this place. We signed up for a free first timer lesson and fell in love with the environment and the coaches. Both my kiddos along with myself are attending different classes and are all learning so much and have been
Just got done with my first benchmark workout ðªI always forget how good I feel after a good workout. I love the evening classes, since I am not now or ever will be a morning person! Always clean and welcoming ð
Spencer is a fantastic personal trainer! I was very intimidated to hire a personal trainer initially, but Spencer's welcoming and enthusiastic personality immediately made me feel comfortable. Throughout working with him, he continually checked in w
