Value of night or week is very refreshing and less paper out of your pocket. Full disclosure. Purchased room for a friend in need.

Stayed here because we were moving. Room was clean. The only thing was that the bed was uncomfortable and I couldn't sleep. Also, the sheets were stained with blood. I think the price should be less, or the bed should be more comfortable. For that price I would not stay again.

No, it did not Rooms, hallway elevators smelled like fish or mildew. Carpet was disgusting. I wasn’t aware to get room cleaned or extra towels there was an extra charge. Only good thing was the view. I do not recommend this hotel at all

The rooms are ok. Nothing special or in special about this motel. Clean but old . not very friendly almost rude. And prices are to high. I can get a nice hotel for less. So in less it's a location thing. Not great

It was dirty, and it didn't smell very pleasent. The refrigerator was disconnected and with bugs in it, as well as the microwave. Landline phone didn't work at all. If I ever moved to AK I will apply for maintenance because they really need it. On the good part they have cable and air conditioning, the beds are pretty comfortable as well. Needs some upgrades.

I stayed there Halloween night and it was hands down the worst experience ever at a hotel. Found bedbug crawling on the cover early the next morning. I got a video of it and took it to the office and asked for another room. The man there told me they didnt have another room available and that he would give me $20 off another room when one came open and sent me right back into the same room (bedbug included) only to have him come right to my room and start accusing me of bringing the monster with me since it was on the cover and not under the mattress. At this time he still stood by the $20 off he offered before but at 10am he came back and told me he had another room open and needed my key. As I'm handing him the key I told him he needed to comp me a room. He got so angry and told me to get out. I informed him that I had contacted the health department already and they would be in touch with him soon. He obviously didnt like me saying this because i went across the street to get a room and the man there was shaking his head no before i even asked for one. So needless to say the man at flamingo had contacted the capri telling them not to rent to me. I could go on and on picking the flamingo apart but I got my point across I believe. DO NOT STAY HERE! It was an absolute horror story perfectly fit for Halloween

Although very cheap rates the room was grungy dirt smears on the doors, stained sheets and towels. The place just needs a fresh coat of paint and fresh update

Very firm beds (not so great on the back if ur use to a pillow top) price $35 a night (cheapest in ft smith), not a lot of traffic in nd out, been here almost a wk hvnt seen police, if u want clean sheets nd towels better get them in the morning when the housekeeper is available ( or ur not getting ne till Nxt day but u gotta take them to the frnt desk), they won't bother u if u hv an extended stay which is a +....
