The only good thing is location from the beach. They gave my room to another customer yet I had already reserved the larger room with 3 beds. Tried charging me more for a two bed room. The workers are a bunch of smokers. Unprofessional and make excuses of why things are the way they are. Allowed huge groups of people in the front of the motel, steps in rooms to drink smoke and get high causing loud noise all night The room was disgusting , having to go buy cleaning products to clean the room and bathroom. Linens were disgusting like they didn't even wash them. Gave us 2 towels for 5 people. Stained and dirty. The pool you couldn't use needs to be redone looked nasty. They allow cars to park behind the parked cars in the tiny lot and then you have to knock on everyone's door to figure out who's car is behind yours to get out. Def would never recommend this place let alone stay here again.

SCAMMMMM: Me and my buddy were supposed to stay a night there after a beach day trip only to be horrified by what we saw there. Everyone there looked to be on drugs and as I was about to check in the cops were called and several police cars showed up to react to a woman very dissatisfied with her stay. I even overheard the officer say one of the rooms was uninhabitable due to the ceiling having leaks among other issues. I then requested a refund which I have never received and they will not do anything to help me with it. Please for the love of god never stay here!!!!

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Never have I ever experienced such a horror! This place is full of drug users and im not talking about weed. The rooms are dirty, paint chipping, doors have holes in them and the bathroom is so small and unhygienic. Drug users hanging around the hallways and parking lot doesn’t make it safe for anyone to be there. The front desk guy tries to help but couldn't do much due to the restrictions the owners have in place and he is kind of naive to the present issues. They wouldn't even void my transaction, i had to call my bank to do an investigation. For the safety and healthy of you and your kids please don't ever stay here. Seaside is not what it used to be.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. TRUST the negative reviews.. I always try to give a place the benefit of the day. Shore hotels can have bad off-season.. but this place is a DUMP all year round! There is absolutely no parking.. to the point where this shady blue pickup truck was blocking the entrance to said parking lot for more than 5 hours. There were literally BLOOD stains and hair on the sheets and bed. A pile of live insects eating another insect on the side of the bed. Trash is still on the shower floor and sink. And the desk man... beyond unhinged and very intrusive. He openly admitted he was "trying out" he current maintenance man. Luckily, expedia refunded us our money back, but I wouldn't have stayed here if you paid me.

DON'T STAY HERE. We tried to check in and Literally someone was ODing in the parking lot. Drug addicts live in the motel. DESK CLERK made it seem normal for the OD. Even had the Narcan on the office. Needless to say we got a refund and found something better and drug free for our 1 night stay.. 0

Never ever go here please. My family pulled into the parking lot and found multiple drug users. When we went into the main office, a woman asked for narcan and we knew immediately this was not safe. The outside walls were rotting away and it was just not safe, especially not for children.

Lovely staff & great value for the location, only my room didn't have a trash can :(

Room 10 was dirty, smelled of cigars and marijuana, the dirty beds undressed, a dola almoada, the dirty bathroom, with the wet toilet paper, the floor is better not to keep talking, don't come to this place.
