Wish negative stars were an option. The worst customer service. The bed the room and the halls all smell like urine and smoke... sleeping in your car is a better option and is what I ended up doing because they wouldn't give me a new room, clean blankets and sheets or a refund. Sleeping on the beach in the sand would feel more hygienic. Lost count of how many roaches I saw. This place is a health hazard.

Nice motel for the area rooms were clean beds were made didn't see any critters wasn't any noise at night And I generally felt safe there take the prices are about 85 to $90 a night with a $10 deposit I believe I would recommend if you're on a budget and on that side of town in Long Beach

Never again. Dirty, smelly, unhygienic, bad customer service. Homeless and people using drugs in the parking lot. And no im not talking about weed I am talking about the breaking bad type of drugs. Just say no to this hotel.

Staff here was really nice there was a couple people who really caused a ruckus to the owner and he had to call the police but to his credit he handled it very well, he kept everyone safe and minimized the impact to other guests. He was very professional in a situation where the guest causing problems was really out of line. Thank you to all the staff and owner for your attention to us all. And your keeping us safe. Rooms were clean, staff friendly, rates were very reasonable and a great value.

All I can really say is WOW . The front desk person was nice but the ROOMS . Listen do NOT rent here unless you are desperate. Me and my kids slept using our clothes as pillows and blacks and wore face mask . The room stunk so bad . The curtains was taped up . Holes in the walls. Covers had holes and was dirty . Bugs crawling everywhere. The outlets was dirty I mean filthy . It’s bad enough you can’t sleep comfortably but they allowed music banging all night and people fighting right outside the door . I had a two day stay but left at 5am after arriving there around 12am so I only had the room for about 5hrs if I was able to do 0 stars than I would.

No matter what you do do not book any of these rooms in this building! Not only is it filled with with roaches. There’s also a lot of violence ! The days I stayed here I heard many people outdoors fighting and rambling. Theres also a Hindu woman who cannot speak or understand English very well & she’s very rude to the consumers. This place needs to be closed down or have better managemet. On top of that :( The rooms are very filthy !!!! The doors , furniture, floors and restroom had a lot of stains. There’s dust everywhere & the air conditioner smells so bad when you turn it on. Save your money and book elsewhere because I assure you !!! YOU WILL REGRET BOOKING HERE.

The room: graffiti and faint smell of cigarettes. Screen on window is ripped. Has a bathtub but no way to fill it ect. Service: while checking in i had to have $50 in cash deposite. Had to use atm which added $3.25 to my night stay. Location: near a busy street, hood rats everywhere yelling at all hours, someone had their loud car on at 3am in the "parking lot." Only good thing about my stay was the taco bell front desk had a nice guy working there
