Flagstaff Inn - Motel in Kerrville - 906 Junction Hwy, USA

(DO NOT STAY HERE)..... BED BUG infested, the sheets where all dirty the blanket was stained and had food crumbs on it , the bathrooms where not cleaned at all . This place needs to be shut down.. the most disgusting place to stay. If you have kids don't stay if you have illness don't stay , I have pictures of blood on walls pictures of the restroom floor also how the bed was when I first checked in, I asked not to allow housekeeping into my room, my car was gone i was in room , when housekeeping entered my room with no cleaning supplies , I asked her what she was doing , she said came to clean the room. But had no cart or cleaning supplies with her . She was there to either take what she could definitely no good intentions. She stays there and said all she does is spray bleach vacuum if she has to but gets paid by the room not the hour. So she likes to be done by lunch time. Or before. The owner calls the cops all the time. And will charge you extra for things that where broken and stayed broken but will charge you like if you broke it.. he tried to charge me $1,500.00 for a mirror that was broken when I checked in.... I'll post pictures and videos of the filth in the rooms... this place needs to get shut down .. hiw it's staying open is beyond me.....

Beggars can't be chosers.. On that note, I fell into some hard times the last few months, so here I am. But, on the other side if that coin, the owners of this "DIVE MOTEL" obviously don't give a rats a%$#@s about the cleanliness about this establishment! My wife and I managed motels for nearly 15yrs, and out of all the motels I have ever stayed in this is by far the worst one I've ever been in! Bathroom had flies all over it. Roaches on the bathroom floor. Bedding was disgusting. Looks like the bedding never gets changed. Crumbs in the bed. Dust on the furniture. So, my conclusion, this could be a really cute motel, if the owners would do their do diligence and put forth a little money to fix some really bad issues here. Getting rid of the riff-raff here is simple. Charge a $150.00 deposit per night for people that are living within a 50mi radius of this motel! Clean it, fix it, and remodel it! Replace to pool. If I had this place, I could make it a destination and not a dive motel to sleep! Owners, get your act together! FIX IT!

Had a good experience here. Been before years ago and they have fixed it up rather nicely. Shower could have used a remodel. Nothing wrong just old-school tub?/shower. everything else clean and up to date. Friendly staff. Overall pretty nice. Would recommend if you are looking for an affordable place to catch a few 💤.

There is mold in almost every bathroom, rest room, and tub area. The house one house keeper cleaned only minimal just sprayed bleach not even a full cleaning I would have to go get the vacuum and clean it myself the walls had blood on them I have pictures . it's affordable but you pay for what you get. No iron no coffee. Nothing extra some restroom's smelled like urine an mold poor guess service just poor room service when you have to clean your room yourself because house keeping says she doesn't get paid hourly that should of been a flag for us..over all not a good place to get a room for the night. IT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN...

Flagstaff is fine it is not like it used to be under new ownership and new management this place has really turned around I've been here for 2 months and I have no problem with this placelocation is fantastic management is fantastic service is fantastic What more could I say check in and try it out you'll see

I arrived at 830pm to find the office door locked and nobody answering the phone. The sign says that they're open until 9pm. I've been here before multiple times and it was alright it just really effed my plans up them not being open

My stay at Flagstaff was a nightmare. I was taken to the hospital by ambulance and my stuff was picked up by a friend the next day. They went through all my belongings and took what they wanted. It’s really sad that they would take advantage of a person like that. I would not recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy. I would really like my James Avery returned to me, but I’m sure that’ll never happen. Good luck to anyone that stays at this disaster of a place. I realize now why they are so cheap. Please take a look at the rooms before paying.

Guy at front desk was very rude and disrespectful. Room was dirty. Hair in the tub, dry blood on the walls, place was so dirty
