This is a beautiful B&B in a great location, right across from the entrance to the Naval Academy. The rooms are well appointed. There is parking out back. There is all-day tea and coffee available. The breakfast was the same every day. The service was hit or miss. Some people were excellent. Some people were not. One person acted like she was doing us a favor to get more food when there was 1/2 hour left for the breakfast service.

Flag House Inn is a top notch spot in Annapolis. The location is perfect - an easy stroll to all the downtown attractions, but tucked away just enough to give you that sense of quiet for your rest and relaxation, whether you enjoy that inside the parlor or out on the porch swings. The internal design and the rooms were appealing and well put together. The service was excellent and personal from the start. I was overall very impressed and will absolutely be staying here again the next time I visit Annapolis!

Great find in Annapolis! We've visited several times but this hotel is by far our favorite. Excellent location -- near sites and nightlife but on a side street so less noise -- with comfortable room/bed, nice amenities, pretty common areas and a delicious breakfast. Special shout-out to Janelle, who accommodated our early arrival and overall made our stay extra special and pleasant -- she is a real asset to this hotel group! We'll definitely be back.

This place is literally a perfect location for Naval Academy visits. My son is a plebe, and being able to not only have a space to flop, but also somewhere to leave his backpack easily while we walked around downtown Annapolis was fantastic. The staff is friendly and accommodating; The room was spacious and comfortable; I’m totally going to stay here again!

We had an amazing experience staying at the Flag House Inn and hosting a party at the new sister hotel 1313 West in their gorgeous speak easy space. The owners and staff have an amazing eye for detail not only in their decor, but also functionality in the spaces they have created. Complimentary soaps from England in the shower, high quality bedding, a French trained chef for breakfast— the small things, that create a home away from home feel. They have truly embodied the charm of downtown Annapolis in all of their hotels. As for the event we were hosting at 1313 West, Clint and all of the other staff were exceptional in making sure the experience was a special surprise for my fiance. They helped to create a customized drink menu to display for our guests and ensured that the drinks being served had top quality ingredients. They were absolutely delicious! In addition to their speakeasy bar space, they also have a gorgeous wrap around porch and courtyard with beautiful pavers and uplighting. The space is equipped for large events and even tent weddings! If you’re looking for a true and authentic Annapolis experience or an event space, I would look not further then The Flag House Inn, 1313 West, 134 Prince, and their future hotels to be opened this year!

Perfect location for walking around town! Tons of great cafes, restaurants, shops and bars just steps away. One night I walked just a few steps to ego alley to catch the water taxi to Eastport for dinner. Comfortable bed and high quality linens. Be sure to add the gourmet chef breakfast to your stay! It was amazing!

Our stay at the Flag House Inn was perfect. Location was excellent - very close to all the restaurants and shops. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend staying here!

I stayed here because no other hotel had availability in the city and I have to say this should be the place with no availability. Possibly one of, if not THEE nicest bed and breakfast I have ever stayed at in the United States. The parlor rooms are very luxurious and the staff is top notch. I was able to have a curated breakfast from a classically trained French Chef and it was amazing. I cannot believe I have never head of this place before.
