Came in with a problem that my iPad would randomly shut down and turn on again. Was told it was “fixed” and when they checked the problem didn’t happen. Unsurprisingly it was not fixed. It stayed on a while then restarted. When I brought it in, I was with my mom. I explained what the problem was, and according to my mom, the receptionist there was getting frustrated with me (a minor) explaining what the problem with MY iPad was. :( not satisfied at all.

Greeted me as I entered the shop. They looked at my computer right away and was able to restore my lost files immediately. I was treated with respect and not like the crazy person I was acting like! He was very kind and did not even charge me. I will definitely go back when I have a real problem.

My wife was heartbroken when her iPad quit working. Then my brother-in-law reminded me that your company supports our church (First Baptist Belleview). So I brought it over to see if you could fix it and happily you could. The repair was timely and my wife is very pleased.
