Fix It Fast really came to me and my family’s rescue. Who knew that a plumber was needed for gas leak? Fix It Fast knew and understood the severity of the problem. They were able to work our house into their schedule and we passed all tests when the Gas Company retested a week later. Sam, Nate, and the crew were professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward. I wish all the companies I’ve worked with trying to get a house ready to sell were this honorable and a pleasure to work with!

Extremely expensive! PVC water line broke near the main entrance to the house, so was without water and desperate to fix it. They phone CSR and plumber were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. They came the next day to fix it, and wasn't even considered and emergency. Where it goes south: They gave me two quotes, one for $700, and the other for nearly $1000. The difference was the thickness of the pipe and longer warranty. I had already dug out most of the area before the plumber arrived, and he replaced about a two foot section of PVC, a 90, and coupler from the PVC to the copper pipe. So about $20 in materials and about two hours of labor, and the the least I could pay for this was $700. I got ripped off because I was desperate, and was forced to pay it. I responded to the owners texting bot telling her to call me about it, and so far she never did. I can't recommend them, and won't be using them again.

Excellent experience. They installed a heat pump water heater. Their pricing was very fair. We had a quote from another company for almost twice as much. In addition, Sam dug very deep to get an extra rebate that the other companies were unaware of. The install team was outstanding. On time, attention to detail, very competent, and just downright nice. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service from everyone here. The receptionist Lynn was extremely helpful and was able to assist with all my questions. They went above and beyond to assist me with my plumbing issues which was greatly appreciated. The plumber, Samuel, was absolutely fantastic and handled my broken pipes in the wall, and did an incredibly professional job with the repairs and new handle/faucet for the tub. He made it look like brand new and everything seems to have been working great ever since. Thank you again!

Fix it Fast plumbing does great work. Recently had a tankless water heater installed and it was done to perfection. Plus they stand by their work and will assist in any way to make the customer happy. Clean cut on arrival and usually staff you’ve had before, so you develop a relationship with them. You may pay a little more, but it is well worth it. Recommend highly.

Jaime impressed me from the start. First he put on protective booties, not expected but much appreciated. We went over what work I needed done. Jaime was so patient and explained everything he was doing in detail. I feel confident that the work was done correctly. Very pleased with this experience.
