The condo was absolutely as described even better in person. Immaculate, cleaning and great prompt service. The photos look exactly like the room and I loved every minute of my stay! Had a wonderful time using the amenities and the pools. The hotel residence lobby was very calm and clean and the service and staff were five star. This will definitely be my go to Miami retreat every time I am in town thank you five star luxury concierge I had an amazing stay!
Our family of four stayed in a 3BR/3BA apartment in the One Residences this weekend. Just a beautiful place with ALL the amenities you could ask for. On top of that the view from the unit is to die for (see pic). We will definitely be back and couldn’t more highly recommend this spot. Thanks to the staff at the One Hotel and Five Star Luxury Travel for taking great care of us.
Five Star Luxury is my go-to when I want an upscale stay on Miami Beach at a decent price. I’ve been a client for years. The units at 1 Hotel & Homes are spacious, impeccable and have great ocean or city views- you’ll get spoiled very easily. Pic below is sunset from our balcony. Love having a full kitchen! Five Star agents are friendly, reachable and communicative. They accommodated our requests for early check-in and late check-out. I love renting for myself for staycations and for visiting guests. Top notch!
We Stayed at this residence/ hotel for a few nights. It was definitely a 5 star and much more. All the food from the restaurants were delicious and the customer service is beyond exceptional! Our 3 bedroom Condo is beautiful with an ocean front view that is amazing! We are definitely returning!
Great communication from the start. Beautifully decorated condo and the friendliest staff.. we loved our butler Vetti and Danny was the most helpful. Everyone said the beds were the most comfortable ever slept in. 3 bedroom 3 bath condo had more than enough room to accommodate a party of 8.
We stayed at one of their 3br units. Everyone was comfortable and the room was fantastic. Every step of the way we were treated with great service. Will be happily returning again in the future

We stayed at a 2br penthouse apartment on South Beach. The apartment was beautiful and well appointed. The communication was well-timed and great. They even came up to the apartment when I was having trouble with something in the place to show me how it worked. The resort at 1 Hotel is wonderful and we definitely took advantage of the pools, restaurants and activities. We'll be back.
