If you like your burgers the ol' fashioned way, not fancied up to look like a overpriced fried up beef patty with toppings that should NOT be on a burger than this is the burger joint you want. I don't know what makes it perfect? Is it the sesame seed bun? Could be the melty cheese? Possibly the ground chuck? Or the way they put what you want on it? Whatever it is they get it right every time!! I swear if I go to five guys without my wife, I actually feel like I'm cheating on her!! I feel sooooo good when I bite into the burger. It's just amazing. You have to try it. If you're more of a fry person, well prepare to be amazed. The fries are fantastic as well, and they give you lots!!

One of the best burger places, hands down. They're fries are always great as well and they give you tons of fries! They only had American cheese the last time I visited this location though. Definitely more of a takeout place than a dine in place.

Excellent food. A go-to place for me and my kids when Mom is out of town! Service can be iffy, sometimes but infrequently, and the atmosphere is certainly not enchanting. But, heh, it's fast food, mostly intended for carry out. The burgers and fries are good enough to keep me and my kids coming back. Overall good experience.

The food is too big and the price is high. Every cheeseburger is a double. A small fry is bigger than most larges. A small fry and cheeseburger is $17. A long time ago I enjoyed five guys, I just haven't since. Maybe it's me. I would prefer a single burger. I thought the fries were over looked, but that's just my preference. I suppose people might like them crispy.

I was asked if I wanted certain toppings, and I said that I wanted cheese, lettuce, tomato, mushrooms, Ketchup mustard and 2 patties. When I got home, I saw it had lettuce and tomato but not any of the other things I wanted. No cheese, no mushrooms, no 2nd patty and no mustard and Ketchup. Fries didn't taste great and seemed old. With tip [which I regret paying] I paid close to $20.00 for a burger and fries. Next time I will go to Legends on 9 Mile between Kelly and Gratiot. They are very good at always getting my order right and the quality of their food is far better than 5 Guys. Their carryout is more convenient since it is a drive-thru. They are friendly and seem to appreciate the business. Also, they are a few dollars less expensive than 5 Guys. I will give my business to Legends from now on. Plus they are a local small business, which I feel good supporting.

Whenever I need a good burger I head to Five Guys. This location was great! Friendly staff and my bacon cheeseburger & cajun fry were perfect!

$19 for a burger and small fries is really pushing it, but when customers don't have access to a bathroom I start questioning my patronage. They used to fill the bag with fries - but not the case today. Also, what happened to the free peanuts??

I came in around 8 today and the girl at the cashier was a little impatient while she was taking my order. I expect better a better attitude when I come in and spend my hard earned money as a customer.
