Quick service. Free peanuts. The fries come in a small cup but rest goes in you're bag so large portion. Home style. Made fresh. 2 thin hamburger patties but large portion. Unlimited toppings no extra charge.
Very droll employees both times I have gone I get my food missing fries once. And on both occasions my milk shake was not delivered with the burger had to set and wait. No timing, employees walk around like zombies no for thought very little customer interaction not even a smile. The taste is quit good tho. Fries are super mushy but fresh. Very great tasting since mushy. More a fan of in and out burger
Typical Five Guys food, tasty and consistent. What is not great here is the service or the atmosphere. BLASTING punk rock music you can barely order, freezing cold in the restaurant, and employees were not friendly or engaging in any way. Definitely better experiences at other locations.
Consistently very good quality burger. Many toppings included in the cost. Milkshakes are also very good if you are into that. Free peanuts while you wait and you can get as many as you want. If you order fries, make it regular size. They give you a ridiculous amount of them.
A bit pricey for my budget but worth every ounce of meat in their burgers. I enjoyed that everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. I also had a milkshake and it was amazing. The wait staff was cordial and informative, and the food came out promptly. I cannot recommend it as a daily stop, but if you are craving for a tasty burger, this place certainly fits the bill.
first time i came here went great so i came back today with my friend who ordered no pickles, repeated it several times, the cashier confirmed, I placed my order with pickles and lettuce, nothing else stated. both our orders came out wrong where he got pickles and I was given tomatoes instead of pickles. the cashier then started speaking to the cooks in spanish about how I didn't ask for pickles so the cook asked me and i clarified in spanish that I asked for only pickles and lettuce no mention of tomato at all so they remade it for me. that would've been fine, but then the cashier starts talking bad about me again in spanish, I'm assuming she forgot I could hear them. point being, bad service, the food was ok, and make sure they get your order right the first time or they'll start talking smack about you bc they think you can't hear/understand them
Personally, I'm not a fan of Five Guys burgers. Nothing special about them. Flavorless beef. But their fries are fantastic, as well as their milk shakes. Their hot dogs aren't bad either. There is plenty of parking usually.
Never had to wait so long for a order in my life is it fast food or dine in, my god I waited almost 20 minutes and still was told yours should be ready soon.** Update returned on 7-4-23 and complete turn around. Management on point thank you. Ordered a grill cheese with 2 extra patties p.s. yummy.
