Amazingly good customer service. Extremely polite and professional. Kitchen is spotless clean. The guy who took my order was great, the guy who handed me my burger was great, and the meal was delicious. These guys rock.
This is my go to when I'm craving a nice, fresh, and messy burger. Fries are always hot and crispy. If you feel they add too much Cajun seasoning or just want to try it, you can ask for some on the side. Add as much or as little as you want
I've ordered burgers from Five Guys three times in the past year or so, and they've been very good each time. I can't comment on the service and atmosphere for the most recent purchase, since I ordered online through "ActiveMenus" and only stopped in to pick up the order. However, the first time I visited the South Portland shop, I got way more fries than I ordered, so I'll count that as excellent service. Surprised that the place isn't busier, but maybe I just haven't been there at a busy time. Located right on the edge of the Maine Mall, with plenty of parking.

Amazing staff with spacious seating area. The location is perfect with enough parking. The best cheeseburger I’ve ever had. The toilet is in good conditions, however some customers make a mess and leave it so it’ll be great if the staff check it regularly to make sure it is well maintained.
Never been here but will be going a lot more twice now two days the fries are expensive they are just fries I don't care how well they are made lol but they are some of the best burgers taste great as well
The food was wonderful everyone that works there is very friendly. It is a little pricey, but it’s worth it in my opinion.
My favorite fast food restaurant. Best fast food burgers, their Cajun fries are so good, and the staff always seemed nice. Food is on the pricier side however the food and service well pay for the end product. Highly recommend.

Didnât catch the guys name at the counter but he was super dope. Was gonna buy a hoodie and he recommended that I try it on first. Lot of similar places wonât let ya do that. Hoodie fit and I was happy with my purchase.
Always a great time at a Gold Coast event!! They host at lovely venues and have the best music!! Very professional curators as well! Definitely recommend checking out their events!

Fantastic bakery. Did not disappoint. The ordering process moves the line quickly. When we got there the line was put the door and across the cross walk. We got through in about 10 minutes. The bagals have great flavor the Montreal spice was my favor
