Supers salty !!! Burger was salty and the fries even more , they were super salty !!! Thought would be a safe bet but no ! Very disappointed Fries were not crispy and really soggy ,really bad , probably cold oil Cheese not melted at all 22 usd without drinks ????? Need to work more on franchise control , they are loosing the focus ,used to be the premium choice . Place was clean

I ordered online through the five guys website. They forgot to make my order until I got there. The burger I ordered was missing and I got the wrong flavor of fries. They also forgot about my milkshake until I pointed out it wasn't there before I left. I called to get a refund but they wouldn't refund me. $25 down the drain. They were polite on the phone but didn't apologize. I was informed that it's not within their policy to refund specific items on the order. This should be changed.

First time being racially profiled was at your restaurant tonight. I was the only white customer in the restaurant. I was waiting for my order with 3 other black gentleman (I don't want to bring race into this, but it's the only way to accurately tell the story). All 3 of us were waiting on fries. The fry cook (the only black employee I could see) turned and called the first order, put his fries in the bag, then dumped in a large scoop of fries (which is what they always do). Called the second guys number and did the same. Called my number, gave me a dirty look when I walked up, and put no extra fries in my bag. I said "no extra fries? ". He gave me a dirty look and just walked away. Last time I will ever come in. Was around 8pm. Watch your video and you'll see the whole thing.

Made to order burger joint. Peanuts while you wait. Lots of options as far as toppings go. Hot dogs with toppings as well. They do have a veggie burger if that's your thing. Bottled soda and water as well as Coca Cola fountain drink machine with a million options. Restrooms were clean. Employees were great, the place was busy and smelled awesome. Didn't have to wait long at all. Food was hot, very tasty. Five Guys voted best burger in America by the first we feast" online group, and it's easy to see why. 2 thumbs up

Wonderful staff, all hard working a special thanks to Shayla, great parking, curbside service available but even though food was fresh kind of pricy hard for a family to eat there, peanuts are free and fries are great

Would have been a five star but you can only get burger medium well. Like Red Robin style, some pink or no pink.

This location is very energized. With a friendly staff waiting to serve you. Easily accessible and handicap friendly. Is small strip mall on a busy corner. For burgers and fries and even milkshakes this is a good place to eat.

It was an experience the staff was friendly and service was great the food in comparison wasn't the best. Everything was fresh which I appreciated just extremely under seasoned the patty especially. I just can't give it any higher rating I may try again at a later date but won't be for a while.
