The team there today was over the top helpful. We have a gluten free person in our family, and without skipping a beat was on it to make it right for them. Made out huge order in minutes and smiles the whole time. Great job by a great team!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟EXPENSIVE I have seen the light, and it is Five Guys. This place is heaven on earth for burger lovers. I walked in and was greeted by a spotless restaurant, a friendly staff, and a crazy futuristic soda machine that had more flavors than I could count. I ordered a burger with everything on it, and they didn’t skimp on anything. The burger was huge, juicy, and cooked to perfection. The toppings were fresh and generous, and the bun was soft and warm. The fries were out of this world. They were crispy, salty, and hot. They gave me so many fries that I could have fed a small army. And the peanuts. Oh, the peanuts. They were free, roasted, and addictive. I ate them like a madman while I waited for my food, which came in no time. This place is amazing, and I can’t recommend it enough. If you’re looking for a great burger joint, look no further than Five Guys. They will make you feel like you’re part of their family. Wait, scratch that. They will make you feel like you’re part of their cult. And trust me, you’ll want to join.

Ordered a plain burger and the bun had mustard and ketchup on it, but scraped off. Very low class. Buns costs pennies and instead of getting a fresh one they decided to serve a contaminated one on a $13 hamburger.

The Ellisville location is not a very good locations. I have been very happy with all other locations in area. This is the second time I have visited this location and both times my burger was missing ingredients. I had asked for onions and found non on my burgers once I got home and took a bit of my burger

Here visiting family and got in 15 min before close. The two guys that were working were super friendly and nice and gave us drinks on the house and a extra shake. Also gave us lots of fries. If we come back again down the road we will definitely come back!

Great burgers and fries, grossly overpriced. The food itself is very good and prepared exceptionally well. However, a small order of fries shouldn't be $3.69, and $8.69 for a cheeseburger is way excessive ... especially for counter service. This is not a fast food joint or a pub, but you can go to a sit-down restaurant with a quarter mile and spend $9.79 WITH fries, or $6.99 with UNLIMITED fries at another place. Even after paying a tip at these places it's still less than Five Guys. For a counter-service place, not paying wages for a server, most of that higher price tag is just profit for the owner.

I am more than happy to amend my review if I am reached out to and this is resolved otherwise I will simply find a restaurant who will accommodate customers by spending 10 extra cents to earn someones business. I have been coming to this restaurant specifically this location for over 10 years and seeing the price skyrocket over the years each time spending 30+ bucks on a meal for my large appetite. Up until now the staff has been amazing they are still amazing however I am being told by Cameron the manager that even though all of this 5 guys corporate is saying I am not allowed a larger cup for free water anymore. Cameron and his staff did nothing wrong. They are doing what they are told. However being told this after coming here 10 years they wont give a cup that costs 20 cents max and I would think its at least less than half that is ridiculous. Please have the store manager reply to this with a way to contact you. Is this really the way you want to treat customers this way. It is not the way to do business.

Let me start by saying I love Five Guys. I've been there many times. But, last night (9/1/2021) I got take out just before closing at 7 pm. My burger was terrible. The burger patty looked like half of it had have been left back on the grill. It was thin and there were chunks out of it and even a piece of it was stuck to the other side of the bun. I first thought maybe it was just fried ground meat (like sloppy joes) that they put on there. I couldn't call or take it back because they were already closed. I went there the following morning and all I got from the supervisor was would you like us to make it again. I reiterate that it I had ordered it last night and did not want a burger now. No other offer of reimbursement or compensation. No apology! For $7.79 for a "little cheeseburger", I expect better. 9/11/2021 update: I was contacted by the manager and she went above and beyond to make things right. My confidence is restored in this location. (I changed my rating from 1 to 3. Had it not been for the misstep, I would rate it a 4.
