Five Guys - Fast food restaurant in Sutton - 26 Galaxy Pass, USA

We took our grandchildren after going to the movies. We ordered their Little Cheeseburgers and small fries for all. Both were top notch as compared to other fast food chains. Juicy burgers and thick, tasty fries. Sizes were certainly big enough. A bit more expensive than Mickey D's and Burger King, but absolutely worth it!

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fries. Everything was good. Nice juicy properly cooked burger with plenty of bacon and the right amount of cheese. Came out quick even though they were having a rush, maybe 5 -7 minutes. Definitely high on my list of straight up burger places in this area. No frills just good burgers. I do have to add though that prices are quite high. The above was $18 no drink.

5 guys in Waltham is a great place if you need to stop quickly for a burger and fries. Also the shakes are pretty good especially the peanut butter flavor. The place is generally clean and the staff always accommodates needs. Even when there is an order made slightly incorrect they are quick to replace and fix any mistake. Everyone here works as a great team and bathrooms are always clean. Good music and great vibes in this place. The options for burger toppings is excellent and the grilled veggies are something that separates 5 guys from other burger joints. Here's the place to go for an in and out big burger and fries.

The burgers are always great, the fries were a bit soggier than usual this last trip. And I took away a star because just once I would like to be able to order a milkshake at this place. Machine is perpetually broken

We have been here 2x in last month. 1st time arrived to pickup takeout order and they couldn't find order even though I showed reservation I was texted on my phone 📱. They made order quickly and with no issues payment either not finding order etc. 2nd time we ordered. All was great with order except fries were wicked wicked salty. Like they had been triple salted. I told staff and they got us fresh fries. Was perfect ty for service. Always great highly 👍 recommend

All sizes of fries should have extra fries in the bag. The fries are not considered "crispy." Five Guys serves boardwalk-style fries, which are soft inside and firm on the outside, but don't have the "crispy" quality found in other style fries. Perfectly cooked fries will consist of a firm outer shell and a mashed-potato-like inside, Fries will have the skins on.

Good burgers, lots of choices, huge qty of fries!

We were waiting a long time, starting seeing folks who came in after us get their orders and leave. Come to find out they gave our order to someone else. After we had already been waiting 30 minutes we got a refund and left. Also, one employee assembling burgers had his tongue literally sticking out while doing it. Gross.
