Five Guys - Fast food restaurant in Clovis - 1840 Herndon Ave Bldg B, Ste 105, USA

Fed to my 9 year old daughter. I wanted to treat her to a nice burger for good behavior and patience and this is what I’m served. Her health hasn’t been so great so, I don’t give her a lot of fast food but I take her to an establishment I trust because of the super extreme price, I thought I would be provided with super extreme excellent service. Bloody meat for dinner to a child. Not ok. When I called the Manager on duty supposedly his name is HAYDEN he told me “HE” felt disrespected. What a joke. My complaint won’t stop here. Check your meat before you eat it here. More like no stars.

I love Five Guys! Patty melt was delicious 😋 as were the cajun fries. I would highly recommend this place.

For a fast food restaurant, this could be the best simple cheeseburger ever…… nothing to talk about, the burger is wow, you feel like it’s homemade. 5 stars for the flavor and the taste!!!!!

Five guys gets a solid Five stars. The service was spectacular, nice and cute girls, very clean, and they didn't mind my Five yr old running around . This deserves a high five

Five guys is usually great but perhaps this location was missing a guy or two today because it was a sad time bro. Ordered the bacon double, and they forgot the bacon, which is cool, it happens, but instead of giving me two pieces of bacon to put on top the girl just gave me some cold crumbled bacon bits to put on top (probably from yesterday since I came at opening) and it was just not the vibe.

As far as service and quality, this location is on point - I literally witnessed the staff training of how to dry the perfect French fry - not under done (soggy) and not over done (hard), but just perfect (crispy, light and fluffy). I didn’t know so much thought went into the French fries, but for an honest, plain French fry, they are the best! I give them 4 stars only because their prices have become a bit outrageous and frankly that is the main reason I don’t go there more often. If you’re willing to pay the price, it will be a good meal.

Ordered dinner and milkshakes and food was delivered we received the free water cup size for our milkshakes that we paid 7.00 for. I called and the manager said that her GM informed her to use the 5oz water cup size because they had ran out. Meaning that instead of charging less because we were receiving 7ozs less we paid full price🤦‍♂️ the fries were cold as well. All I can say is that I won’t be supporting this company as the GM has zero business experience. They would have been better to say they didn’t have milkshakes tonight. Such a total waste of money.

2nd review for this location. Still better than the typical fast food burger BUT at almost $25 for a cheeseburger, hotdog, fries + drink is PRICEY! Imho
