Do you get the $1.50 hotdog at Costco nextdoor or the $10 burger here? Both are awesome. Tough decision.
Every time I have come to this Five Guys, it’s been a great experience. I go to the one on Millenia Blvd by the Costco.
I have a gluten allergy and they are very nice about. They have always taken it seriously and handle my food with care which I appreciate tremendously!
I frequently eat at Five Guys and it’s the best burger for sure! However, today I had a bad experience at Five Guys at Millenia (4698 Gardens Park #207 Orlando) caused by a person called Channel, which is the manager of the store. I was trying to help a 3 year old kid to open a box of peanuts and she treated me very unkindly and was rude yelling “don’t touch my peanuts, I don’t want nobody touching my peanuts…” so everyone inside the store could hear it. I was confused and ashamed especially because I was trying to help and every other five guys I’ve ever been at had free peanuts for its customers. I’m just reporting this situation because sometimes good places like Five Guys can have its name screwed because of the people that work there.
Marquesha is one of the best supervisors I’ve had dealt with in a very long time. I had a small issue with my order and she very professional and helped resolve the issue hassle free…. Because of her superior customer service I will continue to come to this store only!!!! THANKS SO MUCH MARQUESHA; I hope to see you and your pleasant services again
I was with my family and I was almost attacked by the person who fries the hamburgers. I arrived at 9:00 pm and the person who fries the hamburger meat already said it was closed and couldn't be served. I questioned saying it was still 9:00 pm, another person who works at the cash register came to help me. I was served closer to 10pm and the person who fries the burgers started to hate me for holding back, throwing chairs to intimidate my family and other people who were still eating. I felt attacked and I will never go back to this Five Guy store again. the date of the incident was 12/29/2023 at 9:45 pm
Staff super friendly, best food quality. Their milkshakes will transport you to your childhood memories. The best in the Millenia area.👏
Update 1/8/22: Got Uber eats: big chunks of salt all over the fries. What is wrong with you, people??? I can add more, but I can't take it out. Management better do something about this already.
Wish these guys put less salt in their fries. Been here 3 times and it's always am overload of salt. We can always add more if needed, but shaking off the excess is a bit difficult.
Burger was delicious, fries were just as good. Employees were very welcoming, friendly and professional. Definitely worth the out of the way trip. Five Guys is now my burger place.
