Five Guys - Fast food restaurant in Bayonne - 301 Bayonne Crossing Way, USA

Really hectic evening. I've been placing internet orders with them for years. It was the worst night ever. The individual facilitating the orders shouldn't be the one in the front. When customers came in to pick up their meals, no one on staff spoke to them, and when I questioned about my order, I was called names.

Its Five Guys, Probably the best fast food burger in the tri-state area. Hotdogs not so much and a bit overpriced. But their fries and burgers are great. If your getting a burger go “all the way”. Never had a milkshake from here but ive heard they are good.

The food is good when you have a good team working. Some care so much for quality that they won't starting cooking your fries until you get there to ensure they are crisp. other days the staff doesnt seem to care. Biggest problem is the phone etiquette. They stop answering an hour before closing or many times they wont pick up even if they are free. I know most of business is through delivery and in store orders but waiting in the restaurant for 10-15 because noone picked up the phone is why i visit rarely.

Went on 9/16 and the staff seem like they don’t wanna be there. When you get in the front, they don’t address you and say anything. They just stare like you’re disturbing them. Why do you think I’m there? To stare at you while you cook? Granted the cashier wasn’t there but they could of said “someone will be right with you”but instead just stood there. If you don’t like leave or just be nice to people. Food was good but very messy. They didn’t even try to get the toppings on right. Just threw it in there 😒

Fantastic and well cooked burgers and amazing d licious fries. Not to mention the shakes that my family and myself enjoyed. GOD BLESS!!!

Good friendly service. Clean area, social distancing is enforced. Favorite fast food burgers and fries here.

Service was good but how do y’all mess up orders. I asked for a hamburger and got a cheeseburger. Threw it out since I’m lactose intolerant. I think this is 3rd-4th time this happened, think I’m gonna go to McDonald’s instead of spending $11 for a burger that I can’t eat. Smh do better

The manager was very rude and didn’t care about the service. I think her name is Virginia or Vanessa she shouldn’t be a manager at any location.
