Manager was inconvenienced when asked for helping finding an item and then proceeded to lie about how he gives displays to children as gifts rather than sell it to me. Followed me around the store making my whole family feel uncomfortable. Very rude!!
I usually go to this five below and never really have any trouble, however today was not a great time. My sister went up to the cashier and got her stuff scanned, she gave them her 50 dollar bill and they claimed the reader said it’s fake, even though we put the marker on it and it was yellow? Not to mention the cashier she was at was very rude and disrespectful towards her. I do not condone this behavior as we are supposed to be treated with kindness and respect, and we treat them the same in return.
There’s so many reasons to love Five Below! I’m so happy that when I decided to do a DIY gift basket that this is where I went! I was able to find so many amazing goods to make a “spa” basket to gift the winner of games at my bridal shower! Everything pictured is from Five Below with the exception of the candle I picked up the Marshalls in Westgate. Terrific customer service and I even found a few cute things for myself while I was there! (Ignore the mess in the background, that’s all the decor for my shower!)
I didn't know they carried snacks, protein bars, cold beverages including chocolate milk!

I love this store other then feeling seriously paranoid by the way they follow you around watching to make sure not stealing. It tends to make me uncomfortable to be honest and I have heard same comments from others. I understand that there are some creeps who steal out there but not everyone. I suppose maybe try to not be so obvious while hawking on customers might be more inviting. Otherwise what a great place to find awesome what nots:)
