Five Below - Variety store in Holly Springs - 160 Grand Hill Pl, USA

the last time i was here before christmas i had asked for assistance at the register and the older lady at the front ignored me while being on her phone and talking to her coworkers/staff maybe? and had to figure the machines nonsense on my own. also the employees looked miserable and unmotivated, perhaps maybe theres a lack of quality leadership. this is certainly not the store it once was. been going to the cary location instead ever since and i suggest u, the reader of this review, do the same

23Jan2022 - it's a different setup, not sure if all of them are switching but there are more defined sections. They have also added a new section for items above $5. The bathrooms could use a little more attention but I guess you can't control the slobs that use it!

I had to make an account just for this, had an overall terrible experience. I came in about a week ago Isles were messy got to check out with my younger boys who needed to be home and a young girl with brown hair approached me looked to be training someone she asked to scan my items for me and I told her no three times due to me being in a rush and don’t have the time to be used as an example. She was extremely rude watched over me as if I was trying to steal and continued to talk bad about me right next to me. I had to put all my stuff back and leave because I will not be giving my money to a business that can not train their employees to respect customers. Absolutely ridiculous will definitely not be returning.

Stocked pretty well and a helpful clerk. Got the charging cord and ear buds I wanted. Lots of parking so easy in, easy out.

Went right before Christmas so I didn't expect an empty store but the place wasn't built to accommodate 8 people an aisle.

It's all self checkout. That's my only complaint.

One of the cleanest most organized five and below stores I've ever been to. Everyone is super friendly and honestly a great place to shop

I LOVE THIS FIVE BELOW! One of the managers there is exceptional at his job! He remembers what you like from the store and will let you know when they are getting a new shipment in! Great stuff there for wonderful prices! 10000/10!
