I really hate to cook, but I'm trying to eat healthier. Fitstyle Foods KC is awesome! The foods are absolutely delicious (and I'm picky) and they help me stay on track with getting in my protein without a lot of fat or carbs. I highly recommend this business!! I'm so glad that I found them.
Been a customer for three weeks now and absolutely loving it. Good quantity of well cooked food for a very affordable price. Combined with a rotating menu that doesn’t force you into eating the same 2-3 meals every week makes this invaluable for someone like me who likes variety but hates cooking.
Hands down, Fitstyle Foods is the best meal prep service I have ever used. The meals are amazing. Customer service is great. Reasonably priced too. I love that they give you options to not have certain vegetables in things, I do not eat mushrooms so I'm happy they do that for us no mushroom eaters :). Its all about protein! Keeps you full, literally for hours. You won't be disappointed- go order! Now. Please and thank you.
This place is the BEST meal prep place around. We have tried several in the area and this one is our absolute favorite. The food portions are really good and the food is DELICIOUS!! This place has saved us so much time and money since it's the exact portions we need without wasting extra unused groceries! As a mom of four, this is a lifesaver because I can just heat up my meal quickly and it's protein packed and healthy! They also offer WAY better options of food on their menu than other meal prep places nearby. Also excellent customer service, they are so nice and am always greeted with a smile. Highly recommend!!!!
We have been going to Fitstyle Foods for a couple years now. The food is always top notch, with new menu options weekly, and is super easy to cook at home. The owner is incredibly personable, and down to earth which is always a plus!

Been ordering food weekly for about a year and love it. The pros 1. Great testing healthy food 2. Very friendly and helpful, and always willing to answer questions and help out. 3. The food is consistent the same never have to worry about meals tasting or looking different from week to week. They always look and packed perfectly. 4. Wide variety of meals to choose and change up the menu weekly which provides great choices and variety 5. Very easy and quick process to get healthy food that you can take with you. It is more convenient and faster than fast food. The cons Can't think of any.
