Came 6 minutes before they close. Since they have my previous purchases in their data. It was easy for Logan to help me find the right running shoes. Stopped by to replace a pair of running shoes that I had been wearing for far too long. Staff was really helpful in providing advice and giving insight on foot structure and best shoes for my activity and usage level. I walked out with a pair of shoes that might be the most comfortable I’ve ever worn. Extremely nice and never felt like an inconvenience to get the help. Would recommend to anyone in the area
Wife and I are not runners; just wanted some good, comfortable shoes for walking. Logan was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Left with some new shoes and sandals for my wife, which she loves, and called the Clive store to hold a pair in my size. Best buying experience we've had in a long time.
Went to Johnston store for three pairs of shoes for the XC team; 1 was in stock. They called the Clive store and held the other two pairs. Got those same day and picked up a 4th. Great service! Returned a week later, to purchase another pair for the team and then watched them fit my son for some corrective shoes that greatly helped him recovery and end with a healthy season.
Excellent service. We went here for cross country running shoes for my daughter. He took the time to make sure she has something that fit correctly and was comfortable. We really appreciate him taking the time to make sure it was right. I have also shopped here previously to get trail running shoes for myself and I am happy with those as well. I would definitely shop here again.
What a great addition to the Johnston community. Excellent local running store with a great selection of shoes and running accessories. Lindsey was extremely knowledgeable, professional and attentive to my running concerns. After performing a recorded treadmill running form analysis in my current shoes and explaining to me the results she recommended a number of stability shoes I may like in various sizes. And best of all she was very patient as I ran and reran again in multiple pairs of shoes on the treadmill and outside to find the perfect fitting pair! Great business.
Knowledgeable and Easy Going! We went to Heartland Soles to just get my daughter fitted for a pair of running shoes. Coach Asby listened to what we needed, let her try on 4 different pairs and talked her through which one she felt was best for her! He was kind and patient and so super helpful! Even though this go around we didn't make our purchase from there, we will definitely be back and would HIGHLY recommend Heartland Soles to anyone looking for the perfect running or walking shoe. Coach Asby took his time and never made us feel like we didn't know what what we were talking about or anything! Shop local and support this awesome store!
