I love Fitness Quest! The mgmt team and personal trainers truly care about your fitness journey. Not mention they have a stand-up tanning bed, hydromassage, & a sauna.🙂🧴♨️🌊💆‍♀️🧖‍♀️

I have been training with Steven for the past two months and he has been great to work with. I have shoulder issues and he has been very helpful and shares his knowledge of the things I can do to help alleviate the pain. Steven has also given me greater insight into weight training, cardio and the proper form in performing these movements. He takes the time to listen and adjust workouts accordingly but will also encourage and push your limits so that you can continue to grow in your strength and fitness goals. The whole crew at Fitness Quest in Puyallup are great people. Give Steven a shout and schedule some training, you won’t regret the decision.

Been coming to Fitness Quest for almost 2 years now and its a great gym for what I need. The staff are very friendly & helpful most of the time. Pros- Great location, Lots of equipment, Friendly staff, Sauna, Kid friendly. Cons- Smaller gym, Only local, Can get Busy.

Signed up recently and I couldn't be more happy! I've had a membership to a big box gym for years and I'm ready to cancel. This place has everything I need and more - finally a reasonable amount of squat racks and platforms, some unique equipment like a hip thrust machine, and plenty of space for any exercise you're hoping to perform. The tanning is a huge plus, staff is crazy kind and friendly, it's pretty spotless and things are always in their place, and so far, it hasn't been overly crowded any time I've gone. So glad I found this place, thanks for your help with signing up, Jake!

My personal trainer is a very effective rehab specialist! I am beginning to get my walking gate back after a spiral fracture! I will go out of my way to continue my membership. Great gym!

I’ve struggled trying to find a good, cheap gym that’s open 24 hrs. I was a member at planet fitness, but they aren’t 24 hours so I had to switch. I tried another gym and they were booboo too. Hardly any safe equipment, you have to pay for tanning, no massage chairs, and no buddy passes, and it’s 45 bucks a month! 🤮 for 45 bucks at fitness quest per month, you get CHILDCARE whaaaaat?!? And a gym membership with unlimited tanning, massage, a sauna, unlimited buddy passes, AND they have brand new equipment that doesn’t feel like it will crush me to pieces by falling apart because it’s so rickety! Plus, 5 days a week they’re open around the clock and back, which is totally sick. You also get 3 free training sessions and 1 free nutrition consult. It’s such a good environment! I’m so happy I decided to join here! I love it!

This is a nice place to work out. I like the friendly, down to earth atmosphere and Steven is a great trainer. He has helped me get my fitness on track and helps me stay accountable.

If you’re looking for a good local gym, wether you’re bulking/ doing cardio/ enjoying a break in the sauna/, I would steer you here! Great culture!
