Love this gym! Could it be more convenient...24 hours a day? With there unique method of allowing members to come at any hour there's no excuse to skip your workouts. Also during staffed hours you can utilize tanning services included with membership . However my favorite amenity is their "Silver Sneaker" class,but don't let the name fool you. I take my 67 year young mother on Tues and Thurs and their full body routine really delivers!

One of the Best Gyms I have been to. Great atmosphere, top notch staff and great classes to motivate everyone. Kris, the owner, is a great guy that puts his heart and soul into his gym. He is very attentive to the members needs and always available to talk to. Kris is very active in the community and and makes a point to support local businesses! No contract, affordable prices and a great atmosphere!

I kind of like this place and think I will be doing the 6 month membership after my trial ends next week. The classes are solid and varied. The facility is clean and secure. People seem nice. We will see how things go from here on out.
Very good place to workout! Lots of choices to workout. From heavy weights to the lightest or machine weights! Many classes to choose from as well. Kris has ensured the place is kept very clean! Everyone can take a bottle of disinfectant and a clean clothe to wipe before and after as well as the attendants cleaning the floors too!
Kris and his staff are great at Fitness MD. They're all so welcoming and provide excellent customer service. The owner sponsors a lot of fundraising for many of the charities and schools in the Barstow area. The monthly fee is cheap and includes classes and tanning. With a card, you can go anytime. I LOVE this gym.
A great side trip from the main road to see some cool rock formations. The off-road trail was easy to drive, and the colors and scenery were amazing. It's a nice, quiet place to explore and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Wow! My albondigas soup was so good, and my husband liked his carnitas burrito so well that he picked up another one the next time he went through Barstow. Totally funky hole-in-the-wall place, but the food is great! Portions are generous.
