The blueberry smoothie was an explosion of flavor, and the owner's hospitality was akin to having a personal therapist—it was a refreshing and comforting experience, highly recommended!

Both the berry blast and strawberry banana smoothie were watery and had no flavor. I'm a big fan of smoothies and have had my share of them. I can place this at the very bottom of the list. I'm baffled at the better reviews. It seems many don't know what a great smoothie should taste like or had a better server preparing them.

A great place to go to after a workout. I especially love the oatmeal cookie crunch smoothie. The service is fast and the people are friendly. Mohga was able to give me some great recommendations and I always feel welcome when I come in. Keep up the great work!

I’ve been waiting on this place to open up for as long as I’ve been going to Powerhouse. This place pretty much has everything you need pre and post workout. Mohga always does a great job making sure my smoothies are perfect and she’s an awesome person to have a conversation with. Going to the gym is rewarding, but this place is makes it even better.

Tiffany did an excellent job making me a fully loaded shake. Her service and friendliness was also excellent. She always does a great job.

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE Fit Lyfe café. It's long overdue for Fairlane to have a space that serves nutritious and organic options. This is my space to pickup my favorite snack for work (Skinny Dipped Almonds). Today I had the Detox smoothie and it tasted delicious. It had banana, cucumber, coconut water, ginger, green apple, kale, pineapple, and lemon. I thought the mixture would initially be tart, but it had the nice natural flavor of a crisp apple. The staff there is very friendly. Mike, Ali, and Lisa are awesome! Totally worth stopping in.
