This is a family run business and the service is always exceptional. Despite being a small gym they have all the fitness equipment you will need for a complete workout. It is always very clean. I have been going there for over 10 years.

Great gym with all the machines you need and the nicest owners who are super welcoming to everyone. You rarely have to wait long or at all for the equipment you need even during the after work rush, and there's always plenty of parking. It's a good place if you're a bodybuilder or someone who just wants to tone up a bit.

This gym exceeded my expectations 1000%, the staff is like a family , the gym is extremely clean , there’s a ton of free weight and plate loaded machines which is exactly what I was looking for. I’ve worked and trained at several gyms over the years and this one seems to feel like home. Please wear a mask and keep it on during the workouts we are trying our hardest to keep Our gym COVID free and we will continue to enforce these rules until further notice. Right next to Flanigan’s in Hialeah , very easy location to find, plenty of parking.

I love this gym. I actually feel comfortable here. Great environment and great people. Its got everything you need for a gym and it doesn't get crowded! The owner makes you feel very welcomed and does not hesitate to help out with anything you need. I'll be sticking with this gym for a long time to come

Hired Jorge as my personal trainer at the gym and saw results right away after following a strict diet. This gym has everything you need to get fit. Friendly and family environment. Love training here.

The owners are super nice. They know each person on a first name basis. The membership is a great price and it’s not going to kill the bank. The gym is always clean and well maintained.
