My favorite place to workout! Everything is tailored to my ability and set up to progressively increase my ability/strength with each workout. One day you find you can do things you weren't able to before. Not necessary to have pain to achieve gain! Come join us.....we always have a GREAT time! 💪

This gym has been a HUGE blessing to me in many ways. I’m a beginner and was quite intimidated not being familiar with cross fit, but the coaches are all SO great and welcoming. They explain and demonstrate with patience so you don’t feel lost or inadequate. I look forward to every time I get to go! Everyone is positive and encouraging and it’s so refreshing to be in an environment like that! They truly shine the light of Christ. I can’t wait to continue and grow physically and spiritually in my Fit 2 Serve journey!

I joined the 6week challenge in April and I thought it would be the end of attending Fit2Serve little did I know it would be my saving ground and a place that I could stay challenged. I left EOS gym to stay with Fit2Serve. Coach Basil 🌿 is amazing he teaches technique correct form rather than trying to rush us into lifting heavy. Great people and environment is amazing. Give it a try you won’t regret

I love this place!! My husband and I stopped in one Saturday to see what it was all about. We were blessed with being able to sit in on the devotion half of the Road Show. Derek gave a wonderful message, everyone prayed together and it felt like an instant family. We have just started our 8th week and although it has been tough, we have made great improvement. All of the coaches are wonderful! They have spent so much time helping us modify each movement so we can get the most out of our workouts. We are feeling better, down some weight and getting stronger every day. I would highly recommend Fit 2 Serve to everyone!

Since I was little girl, I’ve always loved sports and fitness. I was attending a studio gym for several years that unfortunately closed due to the pandemic. While looking for a new gym and attending drop-in classes at local gyms, Fit 2 Serve was introduced to me. I was a little nervous due to the style of workout and thinking there’s no way I can do those movements. I was wrong! The staff and coaches at Fit 2 Serve have been amazing and made me feel welcomed since the day I walked in. They have so much knowledge and patience for every member. The classes are great, the atmosphere is fun, and the energy is strong. I have now been at Fit 2 Serve for one full year, and it was the best decision I made! I highly recommend you come join for a class…you’ll get hooked 😊

I've been at Fit2Serve for over 3 years now and I absolutely love it here! The classes are always full energy and everyone makes you feel so welcomed! We're more than a gym, we're a family that motivates and encourages each other every day in our individual goals and challenges. Coaches are great at modifying to each individuals needs and if you're looking to gain strength, lose weight or have a very specific goal They have great personal training options at a great price! They also offer nutrition coaching if you need help in that area. I honestly can never see myself leaving Fit 2 Serve! If you're thinking of coming to try a class just do it! You won't regret it.

Fit2serve fitness. This gym is great, I can't say enough about how much the coaches and staff care about their clients. They are very helpful and care about the health and well-being of their clients. The coaches work with you to improve your health and movement to become a better fit person. They are very encouraging and help or modified the workout to accommodate every client personally. If you are ready to become a healthier and better person join this gym, you won't be disappointed. Fit2Serve rocks! I started there 3 months ago because it was close to my home and I knew I needed to make a change in my life to improve my health. I look forward to going there and have seen an improvement in my overall mobility and fitness. The coaches are all terrific and I especially enjoy working with Coach Basil. It’s a great community. Don’t pass this one up!
