Love love love this fish shop. So much to look at, fish I've never seen before and plants. The guy working the desk was super helpful and knowledgeable. The shop is out of our way for where we live but will definitely make the extra drive to come back.
We have been customers for 3 years now. We have seen the owner take over a business that has been serving the community since 1979. Ethan and his staff are knowledgeable, polite, patient professionals. They stay busy for a reason. We appreciate this local small business and the hard work they do and the attention they pay to customer service and individual attention. We will continue to reccomend and support them.
Fantastic fish store. Every time you walk in Ethan greets you and genuinely does his vest to help you out. I heard him offering a customer on the phone one day to bring in their canister filter that they bought somewhere else that was leaking and he would look at it himself to try to figure out the problem with it. Thats top notch service. Highly highly recomm3nded.
Great little fish store. Lots of varieties of salt and freshwater fish. Reasonable prices, friendly staff, will definitely be back.
Very knowledgeable. Their selection is vast and everyone is always super friendly. During one of my visits a couple came in and I learned they had driven from Manchester to specifically talk with Ethan about finding the perfect replacement for their long term fish that had recently passed. I'll throw money their way anytime I can! A great local store very worthy of supporting!
My aquarium is stocked with fish from here. The customer service is always on point and friendly. Anytime I need anything for my cichlids, They're guaranteed to have it.
