Fish Lake Resort - RV park in Eagle Point - Hwy 140 Mile Marker 30, USA

Fish Lake has always been our go to resturant when traveling through. Unfortunately, this stop was not the same. The staff was super friendly and good. The food on the other hand was not the same. Our sandwiches were soggy and the burgers and fries were cold and over cooked. You can definitely tell the old cooks no longer work there.

Lake is beautiful, food and coffee were good despite getting some of our orders wrong.||The cabin was adorable on the outside but dated and uncomfortable on the inside. Couch was a metal futon that needs to be put to rest it's so old. It was so low and hard to get up from we just resorted to sitting at the table. The bed was pushed up against the wall and the mattress was way too soft making it virtually impossible for the person sleeping against the wall to get out of the bed to use the bathroom overnight. The toilet in the bathroom ran ALL night. The small heater in the cabin, even on the lowest setting made it so hot in the tiny cabin that we couldn't get comfortable. We expressed this to management and were told to "open the windows" which we did but only 1 had a screen so we ended up with a lot of bugs coming in trying to get warm. We ended up closing the windows, turning off the heat and attempted to sleep in the cold, to the sound of the toilet. Minimal sleep at best.||We expressed this to manage with no resolution, just a smile and "we will take a look at it"||This was our 30th wedding anniversary which they knew from when we booked it. Not as special as we had hoped. Recommendation that owners update those cabins and take a course in service industry management.

Was hiking on the PCT with a friend and we stopped here. Service was amazing all around. Very friendly staff who made sure you were taken care of no matter who you were. Food was awesome and milkshakes were definitely worth getting. Few locals who are camped long term along the lake were so friendly and we learned a lot about the lake and area. Whether you want to camp or just stop in for food, make sure you come here!!

My Ford grandchildren, husband and I had an amazing day! The cabin that we rented number five was very clean the customer service was amazing. Cher one of the employees was amazing. She is pleasant and friendly. The rest of the staff ans the New Owners were so amazing also. I recommend that everybody should go up and visit Fish Lake Resort!!!

Stopped by for a terrific lunch while motorcycling... Perfecto! Friendly staff & tasty food. Plus the state fish-mobile came to add 900 lb. of Tiger Trout fingerlings to Fish Lake. Oh, the homemade peach pie was perfect, too.

Extremely friendly owners and staff. Hiking the PCT and took a zero day here. They fed us even though the restaurant closed. Allowed us to buy some things and nothing but smiles the entire time we were here. The cabins are a little old but comfortable. The showers all worked, and, they had one workin coin washer $2.00 and 2 dryers for 1.75 . The food was very good and if I’m ever in this area again, I will definitely stop here again.

The campground was clean and peaceful. Removed from service but wifi could be accessed at the lodge for check ins. Lake is purposed for slow speed boats and fishing so it is more calm and quiet. They have a small store and restaurant as well as showers. The lake was surrounded by beautiful trails to be enjoyed. Sometimes you could hear the cars and trucks rumbling by on 140 but one could almost pretend it was thunder. Fishing was abundant and powerbait and worms are recommended. Overall calm, gorgeous, and enjoyable.

First off, this is a fantastic campground! We love staying here. Be prepared to be dirty. The dust is no joke. But, the lake is fun and the staff are all friendly. Now for the negative. The wait time at the restaurant is long. We came during 4th of July, so that may have been the problem. But the food is really good and not expensive. There’s a lot of moss in the water, so that is a pain. Again, we will be back. We always have a blast.
