The entire staff at this campground is super amazing. Everyone was very nice, respectful, and informative. We stayed Sunday night through the week and checked out Friday morning. Quiet hours start at 10 and was respected by everyone. The long term residents were so friendly and welcoming. The week days are slower, so there was plenty of beach space. For the boat rentals, they charge you after coming back in, which is a great system. The only thing I would have to say is be prepared for the bugs!! We were by the trees, and even with mass amounts of bug spray, I still got eaten alive. This camp ground allows fogging so I would be sure to bring a fog bomb before setting up. My kids enjoyed the snacks purchased in the main office as well, as they have plenty of options for under $1.
Easily the worst campground I have stayed at.
First thoughts were very overpriced for what you get. At first glace it was not so bad, but they nickle and dime you. Charged 10 per person over 2 people staying in same camper and 2 dollars per dog per night.
Bathrooms were in need of TLC. Toilet seat had duct tape repair. Curtains instead of doors for your privacy.
Water was tinny smelling...didnt dare to drink it.
We were put on a hill which was ok cause it rained but the site was very unlevel and muddy so it was dangerous to walk around.
There was a gun range close that made it miserable for our dogs who fear the sound of loud bangs. Nothing was mentioned in advance.
Hard to book because it was very "paper only" and no website, email or phone number for off season.
Stayed here for a few months last year for work..we'refrom Ohio....we LOVED it!! Again this yesr we drove from ohio and this was the first place we thought of...would like to stay for the season again this year's if it's avaliable...the most peaceful place on earth with the most amazing views of the sunset the owners are precious and flexible the entire place was great being so far from home
Beautiful site, well taken care of. Lisa is amazing with the landscaping! Love coming here in the summer!
We stayed a Saturday and Sunday nights. Saturday evening was noisy and lots of campfires. The smoke came in our RV so much , making it hard to breathe. The next a.m., when walking my dog, I saw a big burn pit smoldering in the utility area, where they'd been burning branches and tree stumps the day before. I'm sure that caused the heavy smoke.
Quiet time on weekends begins at 11 p.m. There was noise around us till at least 1 a.m.
Most of the RVs in the park are monthly residents, so on Monday a.m. at 4:30 the first of the trucks started their departure for work. I lost count at 13, leaving in 10-15 minute intervals. Between loud mufflers and crunching tires on gravel roads in the park, it made sleep difficult.
We stayed here because it was the only park I could find on short notice with an opening. We probably won't be staying again.
Also, no credit cards. Cash or check only. After making the reservation I had to mail a check. I called ahead to check on the length of electric cord and hose we would need. The woman I talked with couldn't answer with certainty. She suggested that we have 100 feet of both just in case. We had never needed those lengths before, ever. So we bought extra of both. As it turned out, we didn't need either. But apparently, some spots need up to 100 ft.
We love it here! My family has been coming to the campground for Decades now! Now, we bring our children to enjoy it. So much to do here and my kids think they have THE BEST FISH MOM!
Some of my best memories are from here!
First time calling here. The sites have a lot of room and the location is very peaceful. I feel like the beach for swimming is a bit to small and they don't allow pets to swim. Could use more beach area especially for the size of the campground.
This is a nice little campground, we have stayed here 3 times now and the beach was clean and kid friendly. We even caught a few decent crappies and walleyes in the early mornings. Its a campground not a 5 star hotel so if your into primitive camping give them a try. The kids loved the little tiny store for affordable candy and ice cream too.
We camped at RV site #2 all week. Although there are only 2 RV sites, they are both large and spacious. Great evening shade, great bike trails, a shallow beach area and paddle boats/canoes for rent. Our granddaughters were camping with us (13 & 8). I
Chris customer service skills and professionalism makes Gotcha Covered an easy recommendation! If you want a quality product from a local company check them out.
This place is an amazing resource for dog owners. If you are used to a "traditional" dog park, you will be in for a surprise as the Cleary Lake Dog Park is as natural as they come. This means there can be lots of mud (come prepared) but what dog does
Beautiful golf course and terrain. Itâs a challenging course but not overly so.
The quality here is competitive with many of the private clubs in the Metro.
It does get a tad pricey, but they have a premium product here.
Excellent use of tall gr

Very cool trail lots of shade from the trees so warm hikes helps a little.
The water views are gorgeous and the fields. Lots of birds and views. Total trail is around 3 and a half miles which isn't long to hike. Great trail recommend checking this o
The food is consistently great but get there early because the best stuff always goes fast! For a bakery, the service is really pretty good. The service staff that has worked with me has always been pretty young which means they are really willing to
