I've been there twice now this summer for sea glass hunting, and some swimming.
The beach is nice for "rock hounds". In addition to finding sea glass there's always a bevy of other great fossilized stones and different granite.
I'm sad I haven't done the trails because it's so beautiful there. I'm always so busy rock hunting on the beach I run out of time. 😄
I keep Fischer Creek Conservation on my favorites in maps because it's an amazing place to be. I'll go back before it's too cold just for the trails for sure....I'll keep you posted.
Pretty. Clean. Several weird old men walking around like zombies. Still though, worth a visit.
LOVED this location on the beach! It was a great place to let the kids 'meet' lake Michigan and collect some neat rocks!
This is a beautiful little park with a nice parking lot and picnic areas overlooking Lake Michigan. There are outdoor grills and a pit toilet house. There is also a primitive Trail down to a rocky Beach. The beach is great for kids to throw rocks and play in the waves. Along the shoreline there is a mowed trail.
I like this beach!! I’m not fond of the long walk, but I’ve definitely been on longer trails!!
New bridges are nice, old bridges are unsafe. Crazy beach and shoreline erosion. Adult writings on some things, not sure I'd bring my family here...
I love this park/ beach I go there to relax my mind and to find a beautiful piece or two of sea glass
Nice small trail next to the lake with good view points across the lake.
Two separate parking areas and a bathroom at the south parking lot.

Staying at Highland Lodge was probably the best decision I made in my month visiting Wisconsin... I am tired of the recent "will it be clean?" and "will I feel safe" questions that accompany checking in to major lower budget chains after dark so I in
I love coming to whispering orchards for breakfast. Awesome food! Great people that work there, I also love seeing all the animals. It's a very special place.
I had the open face ribeye sandwich on a hard roll, it was excellent ð My wife had Halibut and the salad bar also very good. Somehow an old fashioned was $4.10 it must be stealing booze from someone.
