Great people work here and management is nice. They have a small gym with most of what you could need, a large yoga room where they have classes; there's a hot tub and an indoor pool with locker rooms as well. I gave three stars because during summer months, after 5:30pm they've either got swim lessons with loud kids or water fitness classes with a loud instructor punched through a PA speaker.... so basically if you get off work and want to workout then soak in the hot tub, just know it likely won't be a quiet soak. Between screaming kids and swim instructors, it gets rather loud in the enclosed pool area. The locker showers are kept clean enough, but the floor mats just outside the showers are not the same. The shower hot water is colder than the hot tub water, but gets the job done. All in all I would still go here again if I were in town.

My kids took swim lessons here. The swim instructor, Mr. Garvin, was very patient and kind. They also have a lot of workout equipment.

I have use the gym here and the pool. Staff is very friendly and the gym is small but it has pretty much everything you need and it doesn't get as busy as other gyms so it makes it nice. The pool isn't deep but it's a nice place to take your kids for some swimming during free swim hours also they do offer swimming lessons.

The staff and the fitness area are the best! And there is an indoor pool!!! There are so many classes being offered. I'm usually here 4 days a week. I love working out, chatting with friends, taking the water aerobics classes, and jumping into the hot tub. But what makes this place great are the people - the staff and the other members. I consider every one of them as friends.

I have worked out at FirstHealth Fitness for over 5 years. The staff is friendly, helpful and they care about their members. I like the group exercise classes because there is a variety of workouts offered and the instructors are fun and very knowledgeable about fitness. My husband had knee replacement surgery and the Sit To Be Fit class helped him during his recovery. The gym is clean and the pool is great for exercising and swimming lessons. The gym floor has all the weights, machines and equipment you need to get in a productive workout. There is a basketball court and outside area for working out if you prefer not to be inside. They also have personal trainers if you need help getting started with your fitness goals. It’s a great place to come!

My oldest child is enrolled in swimming lessons with Mr. Ferguson! Awesome instructor. He truly loves what he does and takes the needed time with the children. I have no regrets whatsoever!

Needs updates. Locker room showers not clean. The pool is small, more of a rehab pool.

Unlike other gyms in this area, First Health offers showers with locker space and also a pool and hot tub which are added perks after a work out session. The staff members are very helpful and very friendly! They also offer children swim classes.
