Tailyr is very knowledgeable and does a great job. We Brought my son‘s PC into him to be looked at because it was not working properly thinking that we would have to replace the CPU. He ended up discovering that the original builder Skip some steps while building our PC. We could have taken it to that builder and made them warranty the computer, but it would’ve taken months and Tyler was able to fix it within hours. The PC operates as if it was brand new now and we are very thankful. We will be using him again when it’s time to make some upgrades. I highly recommend Tailyr for any of your PC needs.

Tyler did an amazing job helping me install a graphics card and additional internal hard drive to my beefed up desktop. I just bought the unit and don't know much about computers, and Tyler took the time with me to answer my questions on the buying process even. I can't recommend First2Finish enough. For my first build, I could not be any happier. Tyler really made the process simple and easy for me. I told him my budget, the games I wanted to play, and right away he started looking for parts. For a budget PC it's not always about getting the cheapest parts and building the cheapest computer, it's the best parts for a certain amount and that's exactly what he did for me. He even met me at micro center and price checked everything to ensure the best deal possible. During the build he noticed we were missing a couple of programs, screws, tools, zip-ties, etc. Tyler invited me over that same day to personally make sure there was no delay in the build. Tyler added black screws (color match) additional 2x4GB DDR4 ram and also threw in a Radeon R9 380 Graphics card for free. A couple days later i started to upgrade parts myself and came across a couple speed bumps so I called Tyler for some help. He answered right away and also walked me through step by step to make sure everything was running right again. Gosh! where should I start? Tyler has gone above and beyond to help me with my PC. He would always answer my calls when I have questions, besides the fact he is a busy man lol. After fighting the blue screen of death for days, I messaged Tyler in desperate need of some help with my laptop. I explained what was happening and Tyler knew exactly what to do! 10 out of 10 hands down. Tyler was very helpful explained everything to me, i didnt know why my pc wasn't displaying on my monitor and i was worried i did something wrong i called him up and he told me to bring it to him asap. In no time he figuer it out and explained the reason why my pc wouldn't show on the monitor would highly recommend.
