First Western Inn Caseyville - Motel in Caseyville - 8787 Sasak Pl, USA

I love this marvelous hotel, the rooms are beautiful and very accommodating! This marvelous hotel serves the purpose of having a place to stay in my favorite city St.louis very well!!! I'm eagerly anticipating my week's vacation up here in St.louis in October,staying at this hotel during that time is going to be a dream!!!

This place needs to be shut down. Staff is rude. The owner told me to shut up because I complained about how dirty and outdated was. When I demand a refund to my charge Owner continued to be rude. Had to call police. Even the police stated that this hotel is unfit and they have to come there often due to drug activity.

This room was NOT worth 70 dollars a night it was dirty the ceilings had cobwebs the smoke detector was ripped down the towels had built in dirt everything in there was yellow like people been smoking in there for years. The only goof thing was the air and hot water worked great and it was quiet. Never again.

I didn't expect much, so I came prepared with disinfecting wipes and my own washcloth and blanket, but this was much worse than I had imagined. I nearly checked out once I got to my room, and if it was any earlier in the day, I would have. Floor, bedding and towels were filthy. Don't waste your money.

We've stayed here alot. The owners are very nice and accommodating. Most the rooms have full size refrigerator. They do not serve continental breakfast.

Update..... Not only did you take my 68 dollars but you essentially took everything else that I own. I cannot afford to keep battling these bed bugs that I bought from you. I didn't even really take anything into that room 219 except my shower bag and I left it sitting on the bathroom sink. After lots of money spent and throwing away the majority of my clothes and blankets and miscellaneous stuff I am forced to walk away from literally everything else with just the clothes on my back. If you want to pay to take home bed bugs then this is your place. BED BUGS ARE VERY DIFFICULT AND EXPENSIVE TO GET RID OF!!!! if you would like to experience this horror of show casting bed bugs please stay here. You will lose sleep and have itchy bites all over you. Most Expensive motel stay if you really think about it. Thank you so much for sharing your creepy crawlers with me.

The worst dump we ever stayed in! The carpet hadn't seen a vacuum in years. Carpet was stained, One pillow case was dirty. The towels and wash cloths were so old they looked dirty even though they appeared to have been washed. Trash from previous guest still in the trash can, cigarette butts all over the stairways and walkways. We had a no cancelation policy, and if not for that we never would have stayed. had to give it one star to write this review but it is not worthy of any stars. Sleep in your vehicle if you have to and do it somewhere else!
