First Watch - Breakfast restaurant in Brookfield - 17550-A W Bluemound Rd Suite A, USA

I have been here a few times, and each time I have been there I have had great experiences. The food is always delicious, and the service is outstanding. Today was the first time I was there at lunch time. We sat down at 12, ordered our food within 5 minutes of sitting down (No rush from the staff) and if we didn’t have our orders in less than 5 minutes I’d be shocked. The staff was amazing, the leave a coffee and water carafe, so we were never out of coffee or water (what an amazing concept, tongue and cheek 😉). Highly recommended stopping here if you’re in the area. Also every time I have been there I see people I know, it must be good if they all go there. I will be back soon.

If you enjoy kale and avocado in your eggs and food, this place is for you. I had 2 eggs, bacon, toast, and fruit. The eggs were the smallest eggs I ever saw. The bacon was greasy. The bread was dripping and soggy from too much butter. The honeydew melon was rock hard. I told the waitress, and all she said was sorry and left. The flavor of everything was good. Slow service but not busy.

I've been wanting to try this place and it definitely didn't disappoint! Our server Trent was super kind and made sure we understood the menu options and had everything we needed. The food was super tasty and atmosphere was busy but I didn't feel crowded next to the other tables. There was quite a wait after 11am so I'm glad we went at around 10am. I highly recommend this to brunch lovers looking for some healthy options at a great price!

This was the first time having the Avocado toast with eggs and I have been thinking about it ever since. The meal was fantastic! My hubby always orders the chicken protein bowl and it's very good. Service was quick and the server was fantastic.

First I would say the food is tasty, but the line cooks need to know how to make an over easy egg. I don't mind over medium but when I order over easy it's what I expect. An over easy egg shouldn't have crisp edges...which tells me they run their pan or griddle too hot. Egg size was mentioned in a previous review and they weren't kidding. I ordered an additional egg and it would have been hidden if they put a ¼ cup measuring cup over it, served on a separate plate. This may be my third and final visit since they can't cook a decent egg.

Stopped in Saturday morning with a party of 5 and was seated immediately even though it appeared very busy. Service was exceptional, our server was friendly and attentive. The menu selections range from traditional to eclectic with several signature dishes that had to be tried. Chickychanga and pork carnitas breakfast burrito were both amazing as well as the French toast all presented beautifully. The entire experience was wonderful. First Watch is now my first choice when I am near one.

What a great breakfast and brunch spot in the Brookfield area. We made took the 15 minute trip from Wauwatosa to try out First Watch and their local, farm fresh cuisine and it was worth the trip! Their freshly juiced concoctions were great and the breakfast burrito and biscuits and gravy were some of the best that we have had. I would highly recommend checking it out! Enjoy local.

First Watch is on my list of great restaurants because I know they strive for fresh ingredients and great tastes. First time I got a Belgian waffle that was DELISH. Second time I got a breakfast sandwich and side of country potatoes. That wasn't my favorite (brioche bun gave ne hamburger bun vibes), and the potatoes tasted almost over done and underdone... But still willing to taste more of that they have to offer! (Also my husband got a lemony burrito, and the flavors were surprisingly delightful together).
