First Watch - Breakfast restaurant in Hermitage - 3879 Lebanon Pike, USA

I guess I will never know. After being seated for 15 minutes without being greeted at the table I realized that this place really didn't need my business. I wish them all the best. The menu LOOKS great, wonderfu,l how it tastes? Follow up to the above. After informing the restaurant of the less than stellar experience I had; I was mailed a couple of gift certificates. I promised that I would give it another shot. And I did. Service is still sporadic and not particularly enthusiastic nor attentive. For a not especially busy morning, it seemed to take a long time to get food out of the kitchen. When it arrived it was fine (which is a good thing because I didn't see my server again until she picked up my pre bussed plates) Overall, I'm not sorry that I gave it another shot. But, it is fairly far down the list of places that I need to go back to. *oh and Million Dollar Bacon...I don't get it at all.

Enjoyed everything about First Watch. We were seated and ate in a timely fashion. Food was exceptionally great,waitress was wonderful (Mariam) I believe that was her name. Will definitely be back,and definitely recommend to all my family/friends. Thank you so much for a GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!

Yes, it's worth the wait! To slim down the waiting time, you can check in online before you show up, I highly recommend that route. Now onto the food 😋. The biscuits and gravy are absolutely delicious! It's really hard for me to try anything else to be honest. My wife really enjoys the elevated egg sandwich, she orders that sandwich every time we go. The French toast was really tasty as well. I am still wanting to try the pancakes 🥞. They look excellent!! The morning meditation juice is spectacular! Don't forget to add the antioxidant boost for a buck. We haven't had a bad experience yet, and we go often. Very delicious food and drinks that will have you coming back for more.

First time here I was excited as they have a great menu selection, with cool and different brunch items than typical places. The food and coffees were great. I got the two egg breakfast and the other person got the breakfast tacos. However, the service was very below the bare minimum. As a server myself, this ruins my whole experience every time it happens. Our server took her time coming to us and then wasn’t friendly when she came over. Just asked what we wanted. She didn’t write any of our order down which is always my first red flag as then our food came out wrong. I asked for pork sausage and it came out with bacon. That wouldn’t be a big deal at all except I didn’t notice immediately and it wasn’t our server who brought our food either. She didn’t come back for well over ten minutes to check on us. When I asked for the pork sausage someone else then brought it out with the bill (as we are clearly still eating and I just got my missing food?) and she also wasn’t friendly and didn’t respond to our thank yous and seemed annoyed we asked for a to go box. Our server never came back after I requested the sausage to see how it all was or if we needed anything else or to close up our experience by bussing our table, thanking us for coming in, etc. Even if she was busy, this service wouldn’t be acceptable and it especially makes it worse that it was not busy. Overall, food and the place itself was good and I will be back as one bad server won’t steer me away, but just hoping it’s not a pattern.

First time being here and it was a great experience. Our server was friendly and efficient. She explained the menu and what her recommendations would be. I had the Roast Beef & Havarti sandwich w/ side of broccoli cheese soup. I was a bit concerned that the horseradish sauce & cheese would have too much of a spice kick. But it was the perfect combo w/ the roast beef. I was pleasantly surprised w/ how much meat was in the sandwich and also how big the side of soup was. I will definitely be coming back.

The food is always fresh and amazing. I am a First Watch loyal customer from Ohio. Since moving to TN I have had to use their delivery service 😕…the only reason I gave them 4 stars in “Service” is because some of my delivery orders were missing items like syrup or butter on several occasions, and that was frustrating. However my food order is always hot, fresh and tastes amazing! I love the kale green juice! I would recommend a new more richer and flavorful grits recipe, otherwise I would definitely recommend First Watch to family and friends!

My favorite place with the best food. They have an amazing menu and the atmosphere is like being in an intimate kitchen.

This is very clean restaurant. The hardwood floors are very nice. Food and selection are excellent. The service is great because all the employees help each other. Hopefully the management appreciate their employees. Went during the week. No wait. Coffee pots on the tables.
