Today (6/25/2022), I experienced the same thing liked before with Lorry.
For the last two times, I called back in the afternoon and I got the rides scheduled. Last time, I was even able to choose the time from 9 AM to 10 AM on Saturday morning, why does Lorry always say that no available rides for this time period?

This place is allowing us to schedule rides 2 weeks in advance instead of 1 week in advance before. I didn't aware of this change, so I was unable to get my required rides.
This morning (5/29/2022), I requested rides for a two weeks later medical appointment, I talked to Lorry, I was still unable to have a ride going to the doctor's office. Isn't that ridiculous? How early should I call for rides? What is the purpose of having this service if we don't get our rides? This place has poor quality of service, not professional at all.
This is an update of my previous review.
In Dec 2020, I called to find out that they scheduled me the wrong date for physical therapy. I was mad because it was too late for me to cancel the appointment and I had to pay $40 if I missed the appointment. Finally, I got the ride and arrived the office 15 minutes late.
Today, 2/28/2021, I called to schedule rides. Deserie answered my call. After giving her my name, my address, my required departure time and return time on 3/8, I was put on hold for more than 5 minutes. I called back again, Deserie answered my call again to tell me that my required return time was not available, I then changed the date to 3/6 while she was talking to someone else. Up till that moment, I had not provided her the return location. She put me on hold again. When she talked to me again, she said : "Everything is all set.". I then told her the return location. She was rude and mad, she said : "You don't even know where you go to!"

My city assigned this First Transit for the senior rides. They made all sorts of mistakes on scheduled rides. They never admit and apologize for their mistakes. They are rude when you complaint about their mistakes. They frequently mess up the pick up time, date and location. They always make a mistake when there is a ride schedule change. They have made me missing the medical appointment once. They are so absent-minded on work. We seniors just have to suffer from time to time because of their mistakes.
Don't bother trying to call and get the bus schedule , be prepared for Diana or Laura to hang up on you. I will be going in person to file a formal complaint. I'd give no stars if possible.
