The staff is friendly and helpful. But, the cash withdrawal took a while. There are no lanes like other banks where you get in line for withdrawals/deposits. We have to wait until a banker becomes available and then get seated for transactions. The model/process itself is so much time taking. Sometimes getting the things done faster is more important than having good customer hospitality.

I've been banking with First Tech for almost 30 years and have been pleased with my banking experience. I am especially appreciative of my most recent visit to the Redmond branch where Isha handled my banking situation with professionalism and genuine concern and attention. She epitomizes great personal customer service and is a great asset to this branch. Thank you so much.

I went in to make some withdrawals and other transactions from my Fidelity account today. the staff is very professional and knowledgeable and they offered me assistance with no wait. They provide a wealth of information, are very courteous, efficient and friendly. The branch manager should be commended for training the staff and ensuring a clean and friendly office. I have been a member for a ling time and will continue due to the way this office performed today. Amazing team.

Today me and wife visited this branch to deal with some account related stuff. We were assigned Rinsi Arora, she did an amazing job in explaining us every detail of our account and also about their new products. This review is in part for a banking staff member at First Tech and also the Bella Bottega branch. Ritu Jakhu is an amazing banking rep. Ritu raises the bar when it comes to taking care of her customers, and offering the right attention. She builds strong working relationship with her customers, investing time and helping meet the customers' needs. Secondly, FirstTech closed their branch on 85th (Kirkland) a long while ago. Since then, we either have to go to Bella Bottega or RidgePointe. The union branch in Kirkland is cash-free :(. Bella Bottega branch staff, even when they are busy, they ensure customers are not waiting excessively long time. Someone is always present to greet the customers and inform them of the wait time (when needed). This is the only branch I visit these days.
