FIRST RESPONSE COMPUTER SERVICE Mr Fong is incredibly knowledgeable and honest. He checked my friends computer and told her what it would cost her to fix it. She knew it was very old and asked if he had a refurbished one. He kindly showed her a couple he had with different prices and she picked the one she liked best for her. This guy is a Saint, i came to him after my $1500 gaming pc died for no reason, with an inspection he figured out it was my Power supply, directed me to a place to purchase a good one, and didnt charge me a penny. I came back with another issue, and sure enough with a quick diagnosis he found out it was my GPU, again, told me where to get a good one, and sent me on my way. He could have charged me for either diagnosis and i would happily pay, but he didnt. I will direct every single friend and family member to this gentleman. He is the best!
