I cannot leave feedback based on the room because no one was ever in the lobby to actually check us into our hotel room. We came several times to try and check in for reservations made through Travelocity. We also called numerous times and no one answered the phone, leaving us no choice but to find a hotel elsewhere. We contacted Travelocity for a refund, but because it was past the cutoff they had to get the okay from the hotel to issue a refund. First Interstate in was quick to DENY the refund despite the fact no one was there to check us in.
The MAID SERVICE was very nice! decent parking available, the area was rather quiet given the truck stop area. Guests were nice, dogs are allowed for extra $$ I have a service dog, not sure if Daniel, the owner charged me or not, the weeks' rent was decent given it was before July. There is a concerned problem with the tub and where it drains, small flies and obviously a recent hatching of black widow spiders come up from the drainage area!! One can see a light to the underground, also through the backside vents, it is a concern! Would like to have the bedding changed more often than every 7 days, and when I asked the nice maid, the owner was very unpleasant and cursed at me; plus he does not treat his maids as subordinates; they are good people work darn hard!! Abuse of any kind is not welcomed. I did move after the first week and found two places with excellent service, very clean, and owner was AMAZING!! Kim at the new place worked along side of her maids. Her customer service people were wonderful. Depends on preference, I prefer not being cursed at due to wanting clean sheets after 4 days!!! Do I recommend this place, or would I ever go back, NO! Cursing at me for being clean is not acceptable.
I didn't really get a room I waited in the front office for a while somebody was in the back they had their kids watching TV and they told me they'd be right out finally they came out they didn't speak English I guess so their son or another family member and then told me they were no rooms available
Not bad place convenient off highway had many gas stations not to far from town room was clean, cleaning lady was nice and the owners. Just wish they had some kind of bucket for ice and wish the wifi would of connected there was 4 different wifi connections but never really connected to one for long. Other then that okay place over all.
Me and my family came and only styed one night paied for the other day 1 hour later we have one of the guy owners telling us to open the door we open and he fully opens the door with some of my family member sleeping still not very respectful I was trying to get some laundry done and he went in the laundry and said "what are you doing" and then threw my clothes out the laundry machine and threw them to the floor.||||The walls are stained with black under the sink as well lights don't work the fridge was really dirty. There is ginger prints all over the wall by the microwave really disgusting place would not recommend to nobody
Old old motel. So room was equally old and in dire need of some improvements. But daughter and I needed a place to crash before driving on. |The guy in the room next door had his door cracked open and teetered out with beer in hand when he heard us pull up. Watched us get our bags then walked in and shut his door. 😬|I was disheartened to discover our door didn’t have a deadbolt lock; only the lock on/in the doorknob. 😬 I pushed a chair against the door (useless overkill?) and checked out the window later but saw no activity and slept great.|Slept a solid six hours (which is good for me) and my back felt good. Wanted to get back on the road first thing but my daughter is sleeping hard so I’m writing this review.|Room#30, two double beds (no bedbugs) a bit of a lingering stale cigarette smell intermingled with the Plug-in air freshener. |The shower works, hot water, soap and shampoo. No conditioner no lotion. |It was $104 total… I think $65-75 would’ve been more fair.
I called ahead and was told they had a WEEKLY room available and was given a price. Showed up within good time and just by one look the man decided he was not going to rent me a room. Said he only had 2 individual nights left. So I attempted to secure one night's stay instead, and he had to 'save them' for people to come in...I was clearly already IN THE LOBBY...WITH MONEY.... I happened to have a VERY black eye at the time from attempting to change my LeSabre fuel filter and smacked myself GOOD to the eye, making a DRAMATIC presentation anywhere I went...HOWEVER THE BLATANT FACT THAT I WAS 'RENTABLE' OVER THE PHONE SIGHT UNSEEN, and not so in person, resonates not good vibes....
Stayed in room 24 they’re was giant holes in the shower filled in with putty. Carpet was sticky. The sink was holding together only by duct tape. Bugs in the bathroom. Only 1 outlet worked. The drawers fell apart on me. The room service lady kept skipping my room because she didn’t want to clean it. Terrible service. The owners are rude and racist to anyone who isn’t their race. They come in without asking, they woke me up and bugged me at 2 in the morning asking about a car that wasn’t even mine. The lady manager looks in through windows WHILE people are in their rooms. Terrible. Don’t come Waste you’re money here ! Wouldn’t even give it 1 star.
